This nothing new. The Company I work for has to justify that it uses so many woman owned and minority owned businesses as vendors or certain Governments and Companies won't do business with them. The alphabet crew is pushing to get into this as well.

That had to be by choice as most business do not fall under that umbrella.

Im having that funny feel when you meet a real chinese person from China that does not worl in a chinese food joint in america, and you offer to take them to a chinese joint, and they look at the menu and go "WTF!?" This is american food, you do not find the E14 in any restaraunts in china.

It isn't "by choice". The Federal Government, some State, City, and Municipal Governments as well as some Companies have regulations that state this as a requirement for your Company to do business with them.

It isn't being played much in the media, but the Biden Administration has a regulation that in order for a company to do business with the Federal Government, they have to follow the Administration's mandate for COVID. This has NOTHING TO DO with the OSHA mandate which the Courts have shot down. Unless you meet the criteria, your company can't bid on Federal Contracts or renew an existing contract.
