Salvation Army is racist

So now when a white person makes a donation they also need to apologize for being racist. Well instead of me dropping loose cash in their donation bin I will just walk on by. Better yet if I hear these people ringing their bells outside of a store I won’t go in the store. Any food , cash , clothing or furniture will be going to local church.

Sorry Salvation Army #woke = #broke . Any store that lets these racists collect out in front of their store should be boycotted.

I have completely lost faith in any of these charities.

If you want to help someone, take that money and put it right in their hands.
That is the only way you 100% know where it is going.

Years ago at my job (Big Pharma) We had charity month. We were encouraged to donate to United Way but could pick a charity of our choice. I'm using the word encouraged loosely. If you didn't donate anything you were put on a list.
So I thought I was going to be clever one year and I donated to my sons cub scout troop. I knew the leader well.

They never got the money. That is all I need to know.

For those who like to help charitable causes, find a small local one where you can find out about what they do, who they are and how they help.

hear sh1t about that. Why? Because nobody gives a crap about racism

these donations and donation organizations exist as good will charities nothing more. If they are backpedaling they will lose quite a bit of support.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read! Talk about absurd.

Makes me feel even less guilty not donating to them.
I prefer the local "basic needs" store, here in town. Goes right to our community.

Someone said they were making up slips of paper with "One White Apology" printed on them for The Salvation Army this year.

Like many of the rest of you, we will find other ways to give our money this year.

They will never get one more dime out of me.
