1996 I hurt my back on the job. I was moved to a light duty position and let go after 30 days, basically screwing me out of my Workman's Comp. The Employment Office put me in a program that allowed me to go to college while extending my UC benefits. Best thing that ever happened to me.

yep,.. no pensions either...
they did 2 things...
especially the government

#1 was the money, usgovt, saved BILLIONS because
EVERYONE QUIT,WILLINGLY... no 30 years of payments on your pensions either.
i heard that phrase 40 years ago,...
""its FAR EASIER to make someone QUIT, than to fire them,,""
ESPECIALLY GOVERNMENT WORKERS


#2 it weeded out the antivax CHRISTIANS , (or made them known)
from EVERY government office, Army,Navy,Marines,Seals ,Airforce,
Fbi, Cia,..Nsa, and any other potential troublemaker too...

now,... our good people were already struggling against evil around here,
but with them ALL GONE ,...what kind of nasties will this country inflict now??
with no one left to hold them back
