What I disagreed with was the word "likely" I don't believe that it's likely to end up with a heart condition. I believe it is a rare event, but possible.
Thats it.

It's also not *likely* for the young to end up with severe complications from COVID. I believe it is a rare event, but possible. The thing is which is more rare? And according to the numbers, until you hit your 40s, the COVID complications are more rare.
So, as a parent I'm stuck knowing that I can get my kid the shot and definitely subject him to that risk or let him take his chances with COVID, which he may or may not get or even may have already had without any of us really knowing.

Sure, I agree, we are pretty much on the same page, I think the chances are quite low for a younger person to get nailed by the vid..not unheard of, but quite rare. I would not be super excited to have my child vaxxed, certainly not yet.

And if that's the only reason, then I find it highly unethical to subject children to a higher risk than they would face with the disease except in a few cases (immunocompromised, etc.) just for a nebulous benefit to a perceived greater good.

So you got vaccinated last month but no long term effects?Lets see if you make it through Winter first before claiming that.Sorry but I have a low tolerance for Branch Covidians who seem so MSM washed that they can't think for themselves.

It is rare. I had actual Covid back in November. And I just got my two Moderna shots last month. No serious issues, and no long-lasting side-effects. Every single person I know, coworkers, family members, friends, etc. also have had no serious issues with the vaccines and no long-term side-effects.
There's too much fear-mongering and blowing # out of proportion. Along with all the hoaxes, fake news and disinformation.
If a side effect appears for the first time months or years after a patient has finished treatment, it is considered a late effect.
