In everything in life, I try to cut through the "noise" and get to the bottom line for decision making.

Bottom Line points for deciding what to do:

A.) Covid-19 has only killed 2/10th of 1% of the U.S. Population over the past 19 months. The vast majority are over age 75.

B.) Those who recover from Covid-19 only have a slim chance of catching it again. I am one of those individuals.

C.) Many people in control of our country and industries have opted-out of being vaccinated.

A + B + C = No Vaccine for Me.

Chances of moderate to severe illness are significantly greater than that.

I didn't get vaccinated because I'm afraid of dying of COVID.
I didn't get a flu vaccine because I'm afraid of dying of flu.
I didn't get my last tetanus booster because I'm afraid of dying of tetanus.

I got vaccinated because I don't want to be sick for a week, or hospitalized.

I've rarely gone to doctors for anything throughout life but now want nothing to do with the entire medical system as they've shown their true colours. They can take their vaccines/hospitals and shove it. At this point I'd rather die than support them any further.

But www.cdc.gov... is just one of several official statements from an authority that almost all doctors and citizens respect as being legitimate.

It's medical caution for a lot of people if they have heart/circulatory issues or have had confirmed covid cases. That the governments are not honoring these is making it political. Why should someone with these issues be forced against their will? Or even a distrust of it that makes them be bullied? It's not right. Take your vaccine and be happy with your decisions but nobody has a right to force others either physically or psychologically as we are now seeing happen.
