We should ban smoking, alcohol, high cholesterol foods, all statistically more dangerous and a burden to public health over covid. The pandemic is driven by profit and is a blatant wealth / power transfer and you know it.

How does shutting down economies benefit the profit motive?

Surely, it messes with profits?

LOL are you just dumb?

The rich got richer during the lockdowns way richer.

They were making 13 billion a day. Yeah it messed with the profits for sure lol

I don't usually bother replying to snarky LOLs posters. So, I won't bother with you.

What writing? Where?

Right here...

The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used
interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The
products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.

FDA source

Show me.

I can't find this one now, honestly. I know I saw it this morning, but I guess if I can't produce it, it never happened, right?

Just watch though, you'll see.

ETA - And further...

The FDA had issued two letters on Aug. 23 for two separate injections. The first letter is regarding the FDA approval of the Pfizer Inc/BioNTech COVID-19, which was renamed as Comirnaty. The company has not begun manufacturing the drug for the U.S. market. The letter also makes it clear that Comirnaty is not approved for those below the age of 16. In another letter, the FDA confirmed that existing Pfizer vaccine doses, which number in millions, continue to remain under EUA and people have the right to refuse them.

Source.

Right here...

Yes. I posted similar.
One has a brand name and one does not.

The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine

Actually, I did not ask that of the OP.

It was a joke.

As usual, you miss the point.

I got vaccinated due to a high risk condition.

I could care less if those around me are or are not. Their choice.

It appears ALL of us can catch it and spread it so....

‘What difference, at this point, does it make?'

BTW all,

I have no idea why my post above came out so skinny like that. Must be some kind of a control character causing it, but I couldn't see it to edit it out.

Just FYI.

A lot of things are not "good for the community" Phage. You could argue that obesity is worse and also "not good for the community". It also takes up tons of health care resources too. But you don't see blanket mandates related to it.

In fact, to the contrary, it is socially unacceptable to make this point because I am "fat shaming" people.

But Phage,

I posted the entire quote, and you excerpted only a select part of it. You neglected to acknowledge the "legally distinct with certain differences"...part.

The point here is, the vaccine being administered is not the FDA approved vax, it is the EUA approved vax, and therefore it cannot be mandated. Period.

You may see this as a fine line, but it isn't. It is a 'legally distinct' line.

Yeah, we really need to bring back fat shaming. It is necessary for their own health just like making smokers outcasts. Fatties should be reminded that they need to lose weight for their own health and for the eye health of others around them.

Even to underscore Phage's own point about taking up health care resources from COVID. Those who are morbidly obese are more likely than their healthy weight counterparts who catch it to do so. Being morbidly obese is one of the high risk factors.

It is the same formulation. It is the same product.

Of course it isn't good for the community. But has there been a recent influx of obese people in hospitals? Probably so. I wonder why that might be the case. Are all of those hospitalized due to COVID obese? Probably not.

Your argument is a red herring.

Because like everything else the Liberal Socialists are trying to keep us divided so that they can play us against one another. Then there is the "control" aspect of it.

Yes,

When someone is doing irreversible harm to themselves yes.

When you eat yourself into disability and can't even walk? Yes.

When someone weighs 400+ pounds it is a failure of someone (including the person) to intervene and do something.

Sometimes scared straight or truthfully and boldly stating the obvious is needed.

Not really.

If being fat causes you to take up more community health resources, then shouldn't we push a blanket mandate for obesity treatments? It's not much different than pushing blanket mandates for COVID vaccines.

And we also know that in many cases, COVID wasn't the prime cause of death, but merely a helping hand to people who were already ill with one or more prior conditions. Some of those conditions likely were caused by their own poor choices and had been taking up precious community health resources for years.

Gluttony is a sin. It is a lack of self control and putting food and self-satiation on a pedestal before God, same as any other addiction.
