The world is separated into 2 classes
People who grew up with servants
And people who didnt
This is Class Warfare

In the near future the population will be separated into those who want to live in controlled risk-free environments like Smart Cities
Where they'll get vaccinated & monitored by their Masters
Logan's run-style
And the rest of us who'll take our chances living free-range
Off-grid--subsistence living--self-sufficiency

If you follow the Globalist Agenda world-view--you'll get into good schools—get the good high-paying jobs & promotions—esp in Govt
The rest will get the bare Basics—rationed food electricity petrol water travel internet
If you want more—you’ll have to Earn it—by doing the jobs they decide

People will eventually have to decide--
Do you keep building Pyramids for the Pharaohs or not

Everything is quite normally normal around these parts.

Regardless, the country had a hard time before our population boomed over the past 75 years. There is just no way 350,000,000+ individuals can co-exist when any portion of the population has a possibility of inflicting its will on others (via the federal government)

50 separate countries is one good solution
Federal government without the power to pass or enforce laws is another

There is no compromise when one side looks at "extreme individualism" as a negative thing, or actively works to deprive you of the right to defend yourself/family/property/life. When they work to normalize double speak and new speak, to suppress the truth and bend reality to fit their warped beliefs... there is no compromising with that. How can you possibily? What is the starting point? We'll only discard some of your Constitutional liberties?

We can always find a way to draw distinctions between people, but with that comes all the baggage duality brings.

Trump was (and is) a total asshole. Yet he secured our borders, lowered our taxes, respected our troops.

Sure, he screwed up with covid, screwed up plenty of times.

But to turn everything over to leftists who want open borders, higher taxes, have given us higher unemployment, inflation, a piss-poor foreign policy?

That's just plain anti-American.

Respectfully, it isn't the "right" pulling all sorts of fringe issues out of thin air to draw a distinction with.

Traditionally, the idea that we wanted our country, as a whole, to be a successful powerhouse is what kept us together for so long. 9/10 issues the "left" complains about is a non-issue fringe wedge matter best left out of national politics.

Trump and Hillary would have led us to the same eventual point, the only difference being who’s feathers got ruffled along the way.

Both parties are picking “fringe” issues in that what’s important to them is “fringe” to someone else.

I agree the understanding we all are chasing success and assuring our continued excellence seems to have been replaced with something less fulfilling.

I disagree.

For all his faults, Trump wanted smaller government.

Maybe so, but saying one thing and doing another is what politicians do right? How much did the small administration spend? I think you’re fooling yourself.

Oh they were all assholes and spent too much, but you'll have to place the blame on congress as well then. And they haven't changed.

i blame Trump for misleading the country. He led us to the same place hillary would have, covid lock downs, vaccines and globalism. The only thing he did different was upset a different group of people. The msm was in on it, it’s why impeachment was always toothless along with all the democrat arrows, they were walking in step to lead us here.

The path you are trying to walk defending your idea of a person is your own folly, not mine.

The lockdowns are a result of state leadership, 10th Amendment.

Just face it, before covid, we were much better off than we are now thanks to democrats.

The dems suck right now no question.

Now your turn, Trump played a role in bringing about the new normal, by being a figure of division and distraction along with all the msm activis/journalismings while we bickered about who’s to blame for this and that (kind of like your stuck in doing with me here, playing defense) a very different world has been shaped around us. Hillary would have brought us to the same place. If Trump wasn’t able to shrink government substantially (he didn’t) she wouldn’t have been able to grow it substantially either.

The folks in charge keep playing us for fools feeding us theatre

The only "division" was with the left who wants to push a socialist agenda.

I agree the left was very aggressive with their socialist agenda, overly so and trump and company overly defensive each team playing their role like a football match or something. That doesn’t negate trump actively playing his role as scapegoat to the left and pretending to be a hero for the little guys.

Trump would never have put himself in the position for Jan 6th to play out if it was his intention to lead the nation past that point. Instead it was intended to be a prime time special as he walked off stage.

Jan 6th was a tempest in a teapot.

Bottom line, the division exists. And it's not left vs right, conservative vs liberal.

It's freedom vs authoritarianism.

we agree on quite a bit I think. I see trump as a false champion of that fight which has led us to our current state when looking back. Hillary would have taken us here too, we’d all have to hop in her hybrid and I’m not complaining we missed that clown car...

No doubt there Neobucket. The only difference is that the right wing turned those issues inward, primarying our unsatisfactory politicians and putting them out of work when they wouldn't play ball.

Frankly, all of the "issues" need to be tabled and a new law passed ensuring that no one's pick of what matters to them can be imposed on others. You don't like guns? Great don't buy any. You don't like abortions? Don't have one. Want to drive an electric vehicle (smart choice in my opinion) go for it. But this forcing sh## down other people's throats will absolutely lead us to a very dark place. Probably a civil war if I am being honest.

What is the point of passing laws to force XYZ ideology on the rest of the country when there won't be a country left afterwards?

California isn't Utah. New York isn't Florida. New Jersey isn't Kansas. Ad stinking nauseum.
