I’d say we have a few nuke subs not far off Chinas strategic areas, our nukes will hit major target ares before they even get a second one in orbit.

By now I would imagine that both protagonists know everything the other is likely to do before they even know. China copied high tech which it didn't develop or pay for, they haven't a clue what all the billions of circuits do on said tech thats why they were allowed to get away with it they have been Trojan horsed from the start..Any attack plan would have to be old tech, probably nuclear bombers flying below radar down lonely valleys if one gets shot down its nuke goes off anyway, which will destroy what shot it down and ten minutes later another comes along then another and another until the target is destroyed, which will be the Three Gorges dam. Power stations then all other major infrastructure, a Tsunami nuke at the mouth of the Yangtse to meet the collapse wave. The first and second world wars were mechanized each war claims more and more civilians the next one will be the end of civilization....that's why it will never happen.

Why would they launch an attack that they could not defend against.

Even if they managed to launch first you would still have time to let your own birds fly from the silo fields, and your submarine force would probably also launch to decimate there info structure and cities, or clean up anything your ICBMs did not target.

There may be no winner in such a scenario but China would glowing in the dark a lot more than the continental united states.

So given the fact that the Chinese economy will become 4x the size of the USA working the next couple of decades “post pandemic” projections

The question then becomes...

Do you want to deal with a peer rival now or a mega power rival then?

They’d be sole superpower with zero rival for potentially several decades or more given technology to suppress and control available today

Whoever wins this rivalry between CCP & The West could potentially rule for a very very long time

Multiple sources came up with simple search of "Trump pants" stating that he did not wear his pants backwards. Even NPR and snopes has debunked the backwards pants report.
