The Administration can urge all they want.

The Court will rule based on the Constitution, which is clear.

What Usurper is advocating is a violation of the Second and Fourth Amendments.

They try to and have had some success defunding police. Now they want to use the police in a way that will probably get a lot of them shot. I think they are now trying to get police officers to just quit their job.

The cops lied about getting permission (therefore no warrant).
The case was opened August 2020.
It is getting to hearings now after petitions and replies.
It is a matter of timing. I don't like what this means but I don't think it has anything to do with whatever administration happened to be in office.
