Well, at least it will make the coming robot apocalypse entertaining as it all goes down.

I'm not interested in having one of those. I don't care if they can cook, I still can cook. I wonder how much a robot like that would cost...Oh yeah, nobody will be able to afford one since they won't have work because the robots took over all the jobs, even the jobs building robots. Where are we going to get the money to buy the things these robots create?

Looking forward to being Rick Rolled as the Terminators gun me down.

All the potential gloom aside, this stuff is really awesome and exciting!

I think it is impressive that they have so much balance. Yeah, kind of cool. I think I would rather have a nice tractor with a cab and front end loader and snowblower though. Unless I could train that robot to go onto my present tractor and blow the drive, my luck it would get all iced up and would wreck the tractor.

The video in the OP looks like CGI though, imo.

Still, only a matter of time. I want one too.

It isn't CGI , Boston Dynamics have been working on these thing for years.

The routine wasn't shot in one take but neither are dance routines in movies , the robots are real.

Yesss!! Haha I had forgot about that video. I didn't know they did others, like in the OP.

Gonna have to see if my girl's eyes can catch the CGI.

I'll wait till she has relaxed a bit and takes her contacts out.

Alright, mind a bit blown then. I knew the robots are real but the video seems off somehow. Even cooler if it is as you say. I'm gonna go down a robot rabbit hole now, and check some things out. Thanks!

You don't need a robot AND a tractor. Just robotize the tractor with full self-driving. Mission accomplished.

Only the most rhythmic meatsacks will survive the great robot dance-off in the future.

Rick Astley may provide clues to the survival of mankind!

Those moves!

The Boston Dynamics guys fake these. I have seen a video on how they make them and will try to find it later. From what I remember it’s people in a green screen suit wearing the feet and hands, then cgi the rest.
