Fck the bigots here
There is no story here, this is premeditated murder. Also; the kid didn't shoot the guy, all 3 rounds were fired from a .357 desert eagle automatic; first and third shot are in the frame, after the first shot the gun jams. All 3 shots have the same depth and tone and audible queue, proving all 3 shots were from the same weapon, in which case, the video shows the weapon being fired.

Ummm, are you sure? Even though all 3 shots had the same tone, I would argue that due to the drift of gun smoke from the 2nd shot going FROM the scuffling duo on the ground TOWARD the truck, the son had to be involved in at least 1 of the 3 shots.
Go back and look at shot #2. See how sharply the smoke kicks from left of the screen to the right (towards the truck). It has to be from the shotgun.
Arbery’s death came three days before the anniversary of the 2012 killing of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fla., said Andrea Young, the executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia.
“Both incidents are a reminder that white supremacy has been a foundation for our country and leads repeatedly to the targeting and harming people of color, particularly African Americans,” she wrote.

No shotgun sounds identical to a .357 desert eagle automatic. You can go to you tube and watch clips of people firing this gun for the sound profile.
Even still, you get shot by a shotgun at close range, you don't collapse down the road, you collapse right then and there with a 12" hole in your gut. There is no struggle after a shot like that.
The first and third shots are in frame. The sound profile matches the one shot not in frame.
Third shot, barrel of the shotgun is passed the victim and aiming at the ground and the fatal shot hits him in the back. You hear the shot, see the shot, you see the impact, you see the struggle end immediately as victim panics from the fatal shot and runs off into the distance.
I'm sure.
Contrast this to the stories that are all saying the shotgun was the only weapon fired, when we can see the pistol fire and jam in the video and it's clear what's happening.

Did we all forget that we only have a small portion of the video?
We have no idea what happened leading up to this.
I'll say this, however, these charges should've came a LOOOONG time ago if the purpose was to let the public decide. Charging them now, after massive media attention, just makes it look political.
I guess they'll get their day in court, as they should.
And they might win, too!
In court, they will take their time explaining what happened, the video will be viewed and reviewed many many times.
More evidence might erupt, we just don't know.

Especially a 'jogger' with a previous gun possession charge as well as obstructing of LEO's.
The Glynn County Police Department released its report on the deadly incident to The News on Tuesday. It details a deadly confrontation borne of frustrations over recent break-ins in the Satilla Shores neighborhood, and the two McMichael men’s suspicions that Arbery took part in them. Ware County District Attorney George Barnhill’s office is still investigating to determine whether criminal charges are warranted in the shooting. Greg McMichael served for more than 30 years as an investigator for the Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office before retiring last May. Prior to that he was a Glynn County police officer for seven years. Brunswick DA Jackie Johnson cited a conflict of interest in turning the case over to the Ware County district attorney. Barnhill told The News in late February the investigation could take weeks to complete. Arbery’s body was sent for autopsy at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab in Savannah. Barnhill said at the time he is particularly interested in the trajectory of the fatal gunshot. A toxicology test of Arbery also is being conducted, he said. Home security video in the neighborhood also is part of the evidence, Barnhill said. The McMichael men and others were fed up with burglaries and auto break-ins by the time that fateful February afternoon unfolded, the police report indicated. The senior McMichael told police the surveillance video in the neighborhood had earlier captured Arbery in suspicious circumstances. McMichael told police they saw Arbery “the other night” and that he reached in his pants, as if readying to draw a gun, the report said Sometime around 1 p.m., McMichael was in his son’s front yard at 230 Satilla Drive when he saw Arbery running down the street, the report said. McMichael dashed inside the house and called to his son. “’Travis, the guy is running down the street, lets go,’” he told police. McMichael grabbed a .357 magnum handgun and Travis grabbed his shotgun, “not knowing if the male was armed or not,” the report said. Then they ran back outside and hopped in a truck, the report said. Travis McMichael drove down Satilla Drive toward the intersection of Buford Road, the report said. They spotted Arbery running down Buford Road. Travis drove down Burford Road and tried unsuccessfully to cut off Arbery’s escape with the truck, the report said. The Brunswick man then turned and started “running back in the direction from which he came,” the report said. Travis McMichael again tried without success to cut Arbery off with the truck. Greg McMichael jumped into the truck’s bed at this point and the pursuit resumed. At one point in the pursuit, the two McMichaels hailed, “’Stop, stop, we want to talk to you,’” the report said. Travis McMichael pulled up beside Arbery and again made it known they wanted to talk, the report said. At this point, Travis McMichael exited the vehicle, shotgun in hand. “McMichael stated he saw (Arbery) begin to “violently attack Travis and the two men then started fighting over the shotgun, at which point Travis fired a shot and then a second later there was a second shot,” the report stated. “McMichael stated the male fell face down on the pavement with his hand under his body.”
Barnhill confirmed that his department is working with Glynn County police investigators to gather information to determine whether the shooting warrants prosecution. “They seem to be doing all the right things,” Barnhill said of the county police department. “They’re gathering information, film, photos ... They’re putting together a case file. That’s about 70 percent done.”
The case centers on an alleged burglary of a home under construction in Satilla Shores, a south Glynn County neighborhood located off U.S. 17.
Evidence being gathered includes security surveillance video from the home under construction, as well as surveillance video from other homes in the neighborhood, Barnhill said.
In December 2013, Arbery was arrested by Glynn County Schools Police after bringing a handgun into the Brunswick High gymnasium during a basketball game with rival Glynn Academy, according to reports. Arbery, then 19, ran when a schools police officer saw the .380 caliber handgun in his waistband. A schools police officer broke his hand in the pursuit of Arbery, who was charged with carrying a weapon on campus and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was sentenced to five years’ probation as a first offender, county court records show.
Arbery also was placed on probation for a 2018 shoplifting arrest, according to county court records.
The internal affairs investigation into wrongdoing by former police detective James Cassada also has led also to disciplinary action against two other members of the county police department, Powell said. Cassada resigned last month, shortly after the police department began an internal affairs investigation Feb. 4 into reports from fellow officers that he was taking illegal drugs and involved sexually with two confidential informants.
