Many supposedly grassroots reopen sites are tied to one pro-gun lobbyist

Aaron Dorr is a well-known activist and lobbyist who has long been known for his advocacy of firearms ownership. Over a five-hour span on April 8, he registered six domains—reopenohio.com, reopenpa.com, reopenmn.com, reopeniowa.com, reopenwyoming.com, and reopenmissouri.com—and nine days later purchased reopentxnow.com.

This astro-turf campaign explains a lot about the protests. Why are they all Trump supporters? Why are they all gun advocates? Why are they all white?

Very clearly explains why just 20% of the US supports the protests as well. A small, vocal, minority of Americans being led by their social media and propaganda. All while claiming true patriots aren't susceptible to propaganda.

Do you have info that they are all white, Trump supporters or are you just assuming?

Its almost like a group of people spent some money to organize multiple rallys to make a certain perspective seem super popular. Just so happens there are multiple threads per day here trying to force that same perspective.

I'm just a sheep though, so its probably over my head.

Because Trump supporters voted Trump, rejecting the standard political system. The “drain the swamp” mentality is indicative of not being controlled

OP may be right. I haven't heard of any black, mexican, or even china town protesting. China towns were badly hurt economically though. Not that race matters, but minority communities not protesting is interesting if true.

Haha BS. Gun sales rose during the pandemic and other disasters or tragedies. Many can easily be minipulated by fear and paranoia. The correlation between high stress times and gun sales prove it.

Also, it is not just right wingers buying guns.

How does the OP know all the protesters are white? Because they are gun owners? They article he linked to says nothing about race. The OP made those assumptions on his own.

ahh yes ARS Technica home to other 5 star investigating reports like " How Crash Bandicoot hacked the Playstation" everything out now is likely propaganda for one opinion or another left, right, conservative and democratic and all varieties of flavors and fringe extremes. It's nothing more than a battle for the minds of the weak, that can't or won't research and seeks the truth, which more then likely lies somewhere in the middle.

OP is just using typical race baiting tactics which is standard operating procedure for the left wing socialists Democrats who use this to divide and conquer.
The protesters are actually hardworking taxpayers that just want to go back to work and they’re saying enough with the pandemic doom porn!
These are grassroots efforts independent of any propaganda, it’s them exercising their constitutional rights, nothing illegal here and if they organize that’s fine, just like Antifa or the Black Panthers or Black lives matter.
The difference is that these were not organized as whites only rallies, they are for everyone, All inclusive, not defined by color .

Hm.. well are any minority communities protesting? Most predominantly white communities are mixed, but it is interesting that i haven't heard any protests from predominately minority communities.

Especially when a place like china town was hit so hard at the beginningof the plague.

Maybe it is just a different mindset.

Either way, race is not so important here. The area of focus is a lobbyist possibly buying websites to minipulate people into protesting. For w/e agenda..

It is an interesting point but not one to focus too much on IMO.

They do have a constitutional right to protest but are they being smart about it? Signs with people saying the virus is a hoax? Wierd time we live in..

This is a free country, anyone can protest whatever they want.

Left race baits. Right ignores racial issues. Also, i would say the heavy liberals do most of the race baiting. Media likes to present all democrats as far left or all Republicans as far right. Most people aren't so extreme or so simple.

Funny enough. That movie Contagion(2011) predicted the conspiracy side of the virus very well. The paranoia, confusion, doubt, possible cures, ect.. But in that mivie the virus is undeniable. The real virus isn't so easily evident and presents a far deeper layer of unknowns which give way to easy minipulation on both sides.
