Coronavirus: Did a Chinese Scientist Steal the Virus from a Canadian National Microbiology Lab?

This is intense so read it through. Many things are connected. The focus is on:

The main culprit seems to be Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, an outstanding Chinese scientist, born in Tianjin.

This story first appears in Canada in 2019 and centers on and surrounds the removal of several Chinese scientists from Canadian National Microbiology Laboratory in 2019. Yes that's the same lab that obtained the Coronavirus from the Erasmus Medical Centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The coronavirus arrived at the Winnipeg, Canada facility on May 4, 2013. In the 2019 article from Canada, the press considered the removal of the scientists as unusual at the time. Then what is going on at Harvard with the United States Department of Justice? All of this happened well before the Coronavirus outbreak in China. Then on top of it all Dr. Frank Plummer died this past week and the whereabouts of Dr. Xiangguo Qiu? Well you tell me as I cant locate her nor was her name even mentioned in seven[7] Chinese newspapers online

Canadian government scientist under investigation trained staff at Level 4 lab in China

This story was published on Oct. 3, 2019. A Canadian government scientist at the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg made at least five trips to China in 2017-18, including one to train scientists and technicians at China's newly certified Level 4 lab, which does research with the most deadly pathogens, according to travel documents obtained by CBC News. Xiangguo Qiu — who was escorted out of the Winnipeg lab in July amid an RCMP investigation into what's being described by Public Health Agency of Canada as a possible "policy breach" — was invited to go to the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences twice a year for two years, for up to two weeks each time. "This will be third-party funded, and therefore no cost to [the Public Health Agency of Canada]," say the documents, obtained through access to information requests. The identity of the third-party was redacted. During a Sept. 19-30, 2017, trip, she also met with collaborators in Beijing, the documents say, but their names have also been blacked

Dr. Xiangguo Qiu – Chinese Biological Warfare Agent

In July 2019, a rare event occurred in Canada, whereby a group of Chinese virologists were forcibly dispatched from the Canadian National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) in Winnipeg, a facility they worked in, running parts of the Special Pathogen Programme of Canada’s Public Health Agency. Experimental infections – including aerogenic ones – of monkeys with the most lethal viruses found on Planet Earth comprise nearly a routine therein.

Four months earlier, a shipment of two exceptionally virulent viruses dealt with in the NML – Ebola and Nipah viruses – was on its way from NML, ended in China, and has thereafter been traced and regarded to be improper, specifically put as “possible policy breaches”, or rather but an “administrative issue”, ostensibly.

TORONTO — Canada's National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg has a sample of the new coronavirus that is causing infections in a number of countries, most notably Saudi Arabia.

Scientific director Dr. Frank Plummer says the lab obtained the virus from the Erasmus Medical Centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The Dutch lab was the one that first identified the new virus last June in a sample from a Saudi man who had died of a mysterious illness. Plummer says the coronavirus arrived at the Winnipeg facility on May 4. He says the lab is growing up stocks of the virus and will use it to assess diagnostic tests being used in Canada. As well Winnipeg scientists plan to do some work to see which animal species can be infected with the new virus.

I attached this because he obtained the virus Erasmus Medical Centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in 2013. He just died on February 4, 2020.

WINNIPEG -- Dr. Frank Plummer, the former scientific director of Canada’s National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg, is being mourned as a “maverick.” He died Tuesday at the age of 67.

It would appear that the Chinese obtained the Coronavirus from either the Canadian National Microbiology Laboratory in 2019 or they simply went directly to the Dutch. They then brought it into China to Wuhan and somehow was released in error.

Please note that they are many more credible sources out there on this, however you have to dig for it. As of right now I am leaning towards what the country of India is saying, doing and writing. Feel free to add links or thoughts as there is much of information here along with the recent death of Dr. Frank Plummer. Now so where is Dr. Xiangguo Qiu? I search the web and several Chinese and Asian newspapers. I can seem to find any mention of her by that name.

When I first heard about the death of Frank Allan Plummer it was suspicious.

Then I just recently came across another report that set off warning light.

The former scientific director of Canada’s National Microbiology Laboratory who had experimental brain surgery to battle alcoholism has died.

So what is going on here? Why is Frank subject to a disinformation campaign? What is there to hide? I don't know who is lying or why but it is looking like a standard cover up campaign to confuse the facts. Maybe I am reading the cause of death wrong in the second article, but this confusing wording is supported by wikipedia.

Dr. Plummer was working to develop an HIV vaccine at the time of his death, and was believed to be the first recipient in North America to receive DBS (deep brain stimulation) to treat alcohol-use disorder, in an experimental trial.

My thoughts on this whole Wu Flu is that it's possibly been released by another government. Talk about a great starting place to release it... In the city where they opened their first real bio chemical lab and where they have a know food market with very sketchy sanitary standards. It's a perfect place to make it seem perfectly legit.
Ask why? This could shake the foundation of the government if enough people die. They will blame their own government no matter the outcome. It can set the Chinese economy back years as many countries are fully isolating themselves from China. I'm personally sitting back eating popcorn and watching the outcome....
