That is pretty sad to say that we have so little
confidence left in the process of justice.

I hope this changes soon, but not real high hopes.

Usually in a case like this when a DOJ lawyer would give the go-ahead, they would already have a grand jury indictment on the table that they would be quoting from. Based on everything I can find, the Grand Jury met this week but gave no indications that they found anything to indict on. Putting the likely scenarios here, that they failed to get a Grand Jury to indict which is embarassing for a prosecutor, or they are going to keep shopping Grand Juries until they get one to bite. One Prosecutor recently. Its been reported a couple weeks ago that one prosecutor recently left the case and went back to her private law firm, and expressed reservations about how the case was being handled.
