Yes I've seen women fight, and yes they can fight dirty. But they're not stricturally built like men. Men don't fight back because they can generally take hits from women. And multiple other men tend to jump in and crowd around the man who hit the woman. Not to mention courts are heavily biased toward men in situations like that.
