funny when i defend the constitution it is always received selectively

when i made the case correctly that mueller is under an unconstitutional appointment they accepted that but when i state that the constitution states that naturalization is a federal function and immigration a state function correctly they wanna cite invalid scotus rulings that are clearly contrary to the wording in the constitution and so much so that it is not an interpretation issue but the scotus clearly ignored the constitution

I may have done it with Obama, I know I thought about it, and it's stupid. I golf and make a few business deals while doing so, and nobody asks what the president is doing at 10:30 at night, while folks like YOU are sleeping.

No one but trump issued a zero tolerance policy and no one took anyone's babies ever.
Teens who crossed unaccompanied were put in detention centers but that was because they didn't have an adult who brought them in.
These toddlers are not crawling over the border with a diaper bag on their backs.
The five year olds are not cookie banditos needing to be locked up.
These people are leaving horrendous conditions to try and provide a better life for their families.
Jesus aren't we lucky that this didn't happen in Ellis Islands heyday when thousands of people poured into this country every single day for the very same reason.
My great great grandparents arrived here from Wales in the 1830s. On my father's side they arrived from Italy in the early twentieth century. His parents were teens or tweens and lucky they were kept with their parents.

Despite the litany of guidelines for new immigrants, the number of people denied entry at Ellis Island was quite low. Of the 12 million people who passed through its doors between 1892 and 1954, only around 2 percent were deemed unfit to become citizens of the United States.Nov 12, 2014

The child was being kept by relatives who were not his parents. The guns weren't for the little boy. They were for the people holding the child illegally and refusing to return him. Had his mother survived the crossing this would never have happened. But his mother drowned and the relatives he was placed with were not his legal guardians and they were not in a position to petition for asylum for the child. Nor would not release the child to his own father.
He was eventually returned to his father in Cuba.
