The US is to open its new embassy in Jerusalem - a move praised by Israel but condemned by Palestinians who are gathering for mass protests. Top US officials will attend the event, including President Trump's daughter Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner. Palestinians seek East Jerusalem as their own future capital, and see the US move as backing Israeli control over the whole city. For its part, Israel considers all of Jerusalem as its indivisible capital. President Donald Trump's decision last year to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital broke with decades of US neutrality on the issue, and put it at odds with most of the international community.

Fatah spokesman Osama Qawasmeh said Donald Trump’s campaign promise, if implemented, would negate chances for peace and stability in the region, and “the Palestinian people won’t allow that happen,” according to Israel Radio. To move the embassy, he said, would be to “open the gates of hell in the region and in the whole world.”
Jerusalem (AFP) - Washington's contentious new embassy in Jerusalem is high-profile, but it's no gleaming new building changing the ancient city's skyline. Instead, Ambassador David Friedman will set up shop in existing consular offices in the leafy middle-class Arnona neighbourhood on the city's southern edge for the near to mid-term.
Eventually, a purpose-designed embassy will be planned and built, according to the US State Department. "Initially, the interim embassy in Arnona will contain office space for the ambassador and a small staff," a US official told AFP, declining to give further details. "The ambassador will continue to divide his time between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem during the initial phases of the embassy move, as this is a multi-year process."

Remember folks, there's only a few more hours left on earth until the gates of hell are opened and the whole planet is punished for allowing this abomination.

He likes to go in, after tearing down old treaties, with an outrageous demand then negotiate a better deal.

Lots of people are overreacting because of their long term hatred for the Jewish people and Israel. At the end of the day it won’t affect anyone in any tangible way where the U.S. embassy is located.
It is a big to do about nothing by small minded people who are going out of their way to find something to be angry about.
Life goes on...
