Bill Clinton did it while he was president. Not exactly the same scenario. It's everyone's business if you commit infidelity while In the chair.

No one cares what the POTUS does before or after the term(s) of office.

Trump is trying to keep sixty minutes from running an interview she gave. He loves the second amendment but he fears the first.

She has offered to return the hush money she was paid. Since the contract isn't signed.
She is intimating that she has photos videos and texts. Trump is trying to stop her while insisting nothing ever happened.
It's stupid now because the damn cat is out of the bag. Everybody already knows.

The legal issue is much more important. Campaign financing laws are very specific. Cohen is in legal jeopardy and so is trump.

How is she greedy if she's offering to give the money back?
And why is she a bitch? Because the president #ed her?
That makes trump a dog doesn't it?

Many democrats toe the line with Mueller. Hook, line, and sinker.

"OH Mueller will get him!" "Trump is going down this time!"

Yawn... Good luck with that one.

Occurred before his run for president "allegedly". Not against any known federal laws or oath of office.
Removing the president illegally isn't going to happen.

Because she accepted the contract and accepted the cash.

It is not ethical nor legal. A verbal contract is legally binding as well....she accepted the cash showing acceptance of the contract.

At this point nothing she says can be believed as it sounds like she is chasing a bigger payout.

is offering to return the $130,000 the president's personal lawyer Michael Cohen paid her in exchange for silence on the subject.

The lawyer should smack her with non performance of the NDA contract she signed. Bankrupt the greedy bit*ch

Well, they argue the fact that Trump didnt sign it - which means its null and void..

and that sounds fair enough to me... He deliberately didn't sign it..

Thats irrelevant. She took the money, therefore the agreement is binding. And she can't just give it back. Not only that, she already denied it on two public occasions. She's playing the hate Trump crowd and getting exposure for herself. Normal people see thus while others see her as a way to impeach Trump which is a delusional joke.

I didn't care with Bill. Don't care with Donny. My point is that THEIR WIVES CARE! I could care less what these men do with their penises. Not my business, unless it leaves them open to BLACKMAIL.

It's none of anyone's business to seek justice on the wives behalf of the POTUS's. If the first lady's didn't like it, they have/had every opportunity to divorce their husbands.

well, I'm fairly sure a lawyer will argue successfully that the missing signature for the primary person involved in the agreement will nullify it - especially in this political charged climate!

Yes - she's a blonde Bimbo porn star - porn was the perfect career choice and it paid nicely
Yes - Trump probably screwed her - good for him, she's a looker and i bet she goes off like a frog in a sock

Impeachable?... no.. of course not.. it was well before his administration... frankly, who gives a damn - but again, in this politically charged world the nutcase democrats Pellosi, Schiff, Waters and Pocahontas will blow a gasket screaming to the media about how evil this makes Trump.. and the media will love it and simply forward the message on..

I think the title of this thread poses the wrong question. It queries whether the Democrat party can use Stormy Daniels to damage or end the political career of Donald Trump. But that is hardly a realistic way to look at the situation, not the way to think about it.

The reality is, that if Trumps presidency is damaged or curtailed by revelations made by this individual, about their affair, then HE will be the one to have damaged or curtailed his presidency, not the Democrat party, not Daniels, but Trump. Put another way, if you piss into the wind without a raincoat on, the only person to blame for a damp jacket is yourself.

Well it will depend on what the court decides. I can tell you her cashing the check is going to make it very near impossible of invalidating the agreememt. Which means it will go into arbitration and we will never hear the full story. His signature isn't a requirement just looking at statutes of frauds.

statute of frauds is a determination what contracts need to be signed by both parties. As a general rule non disclosure agreements are not included and treated as an oral agreement. Oral agreements only require 1 party to agree which can be done by say cashing a check.

If the court doesn't invalidate the contract she will have to pay 1 million per incident. Seeing as she doesn't have a million this could be a huge problem for her.

I disagree that people don't care what a President does before their term. If they did something illegal or something that they could be blackmailed with, THEN I CARE.

Wonder why Trump's wife hasn't said anything or bothered to contest or support the woman in question. If you ask me the perfect way to solve this is to ask the wife.

But she will refuse it to which makes me wonder if she prefers to stay out of it.

She should've divorced him. I mean why go through the trouble?
