Democrats have Hillary Clinton to thank for Donald Trump winning the Presidency.

They have Bill Clinton to thank for this story being a nothingburger.

Yay for the Clintons!

It wasn't illegal. Trump can't be blackmailed with this. I mean do you know how bad it is being the one person to try to blackmail the President of the United States?

Porn will be her only income because I can guarantee you no one would want to hire her at any real job unless the company is anti-Trump.

This came out during the election there was just little intrest in the topic. This came out the same time his audio tape did. In fact that was why she claimed she came forward. Since it didn't matter during the election I find it hard to believe it will matter now.

Wrong. It is relevant. Trump is not saying ANYTHING about this deal. Therefore, Stormy's lawyer is saying Trump didn't MAKE THE DEAL. Someone else did. Trump's name ISN'T on the deal. So either Trump has to say he knew about the money being paid to her at the time, or Stormy can claim the deal is null and void because Trump never even knew about it. RIGHT NOW, there is no evidence that Trump knew about this deal. NONE. So if there is no evidence Trump knew about the deal, and he didn't sign it, then the deal could be null and void. All Trump has to do is admit he knew about the deal. But that opens him up to a lot of questions about where the money came from. And it also puts him in hot water with the wife. With little doubt, I'm sure Trump lied to Melania. Maybe not. Don't care.

IF Donald admits he paid her, then I agree, the deal becomes oral, she took the money, and the courts will most likely side with Trump. So now the balls in Trump's court. Will he admit to paying her? Don't know.

IMO this is a blatant attempt from the left to find something to pin on Trump. Anyone who is stone faced blind can see this was coming. Like I said, they have been literally trying to find anything and everything to discredit Trump because the left hates him so much.

To me this isn't even remotely about justice. This is just another attempt to destroy any chances of a re-election for 2020. The average American that voted for Trump aren't as stupid as the MSM thinks we are.

How is she greedy if she's offering to give the money back?

She'll probably sell the story, write a book and milk it for a fortune. She's used to milking things for a fortune so why change the formula.

Go back and read my post on “statute of frauds.” He isn't required to sign the only issue that may come up is the lawyer being disbarred since he was under obligation to inform his client of potential threats. But his argument will be he was the client and was handling this on his own do to some kind of friendship. A lawyer can pay for things involving clients but usually only applies to indigent clients.

This has nothing to do with the DEMS. It has to do with TRUMP and STORMY. He pulled down his pants. HE'S responsible.

If this had been Obama, Hannity would have blown five loads by now.

Oh I'm pretty sure a Dem of some caliber had been in contact with Stormy to ready her story because it seems all too convenient that this happens now instead of earlier while the other allegations were coming about against the POTUS.

He did pull his pants down probably. He is responsible. It wasn't illegal and has no basis for any crime against the POTUS.

If it was Obama, Killary, Al Gore, John Kerry. But It WASNT. What if's are reserved for creating smoke and mirrors. Leave it.

This is so obviously apparent that this week all of a sudden there is 247 coverage of just her. I guess the other women that "claimed" to have dealings with Trump didn't go as well as they hoped.

Hmm. Oh I can't wait to possibly see in the next month how all of a sudden the tables turn and it's all about Stormy Daniels.

There are signatures on that contract. She took the money. She denied the affair more than once.

It doesnt need Trump. That is your fixation. The reality is she acted as if she accepted the terms if the contract. She is legally bound.

Once Trumps name is tied to it then her support will discard her while Trump bankrupts her.

She has really screwed up.

Obviously she'll do anything for money. She took hush money, now sees an opportunity to make even more so she wants to return the money? Sorry, Stormy, can't abort everything!

No doubt Mueller will investigate this to find out if the money came from Putin ...

I find it funny because people think it was Monica that got Bill impeached. It was the obfuscation and perjury in his testimony over Paula Jones that did it.

It won't hurt trump. His voters forgave him for boasting about sexual assault. They forgave him for being a rapist. They'll certainly forgive him for screwing a pornstar hooker behind his pregnant third wife's back.

Figurehead of the Christian conservative, ladies and gentlemen.

Once Trump's lawyer disclosed that he paid her $130,000 the NDA was off the hook. If he never admitted to that she would have kept her mouth shut.

I know it is not polite to answer a question with another question; but I have to ask it anyway.

Which is to be considered worse, a "prostitute" while in the White House or a "prostitute" before the White House ?

If you will answer mine, I think you will have the answer to your's.

Russia, Russia, Russia, he stole the election do away with the electoral college , he engaged in locker room talk and allegedly grabbed or put his hands on some women...he is unfit for the office because he is crazy... etc etc... none of their efforts have worked so far and Stormy Daniels is just the latest attempt at subversion. If and when this blows over there will be something else by the deep state (NWO) to try and stop him from dismantling all their efforts since Bush 1.

In the meantime the economy is starting to create jobs with companies expanding or returning and his attack on useless redundant regulations is being felt through out the country if not around the world. Is he perfect, no one is .... But he is the president and presently is one hell of a lot better than Clinton would have ever been IMO.
