I think it was less him calling her names, and more him pointing out the precarious legal position it might put her in.

The only difference between prostitution and porn is a camera. Its why most porn stars prostitute with "fan videos". It keeps it on the up and up, and they can monetize the sexual act multiple times.

Try to prosecute it and it'll be dismissed. Because its never been prosecuted. And a violation of civil rights. I'd bet the law predates the civil rights era. I'd bet the law predates anyone paying attention to the 4th amendment beyond British Soldiers wanting a place to crash for the night.
