Where did you get that stat?
You do understand that the government is the highest insurer to deny claims, right?
Does a person once signed up get to go down to whatever facilities they figure out and get all kinds of checkups and whatever as they see fit, OR if they have 'something is wrong' they know they will get in there just fine?

A very large number of Obama care recipients live in trump states. Minnesota, Wisconsin. And in Pennsylvania. They're the ones who voted for him and he's screwing them. Nice huh? Funny how popular Obama care got when people thought they were going to loose it.

They way it works for me is like this.
I go to my state health insurance listings and chose a plan that I can afford.
The reason that I can afford any plan at all let alone choose the right one for me is because the aca is paying part of each plan.
Currently the aca is paying 300$ of my plan. I pay 160$. That's every month. For me this is the cheapest plan I can afford. If the aca was not paying that 300$ I would not have health insurance at all. And I need it, I ether have bad ulcers or stomach cancer and I need these tests done to find out. Pain in my stomach for 5 years now! I only work part time because my mother has dwarfism and I need to be at home to help her on a daily bases. I can't afford 400$ a month for health insurance while taking care of my mother. I can't even afford 200$. This 160$ that I pay is right at my limit. It only gives me basic care. No dental or eye care or anything like that so no I can't just go get any random test that I want. In fact I don't think anyone can do that on any type of health insurance. I need a referral from my doctor to go to the gastrologist for the test i need. If i didn't have that referral they would not see me. That is how it works with all those kinds of tests I assume. So if your doctor doesn't think you need it you can't get it.

For those who make less than 200% of poverty level income, Obamacare plans will continue to be cheaper and much better, then any association plan that comes out. I bet 90% of those against Obamacare never even looked up how much health insurance would actually cost them under Obamacare. This year especially, the low deductible plans are not much more expensive than high deductible plans.

and prefer sharing gossip about a president they don't like (probably because that's what their base really wants, and they are trying to be populist prior to mid terms).
Zantac + Prilosec + Bismuth + TWO antibiotics.

This is what happens when Medicine has become a cartel.
They license hospitals, doctors and outlaw natural remedies in preference to manufactured pharmaceuticals.
You get sick or injured there is no alternative unless you can leave the country.
They can charge what they want because there is no competition.
They just put the taxpayer on the hook for treatment of everyone who can't afford the jacked up prices colluded between the hospitals and insurance companies; which adds another layer of cost unnecessarily.
I have a Canadian friend who was treated in the US for lymphoma because he couldn't wait a year to see a specialist in Canada. This is what happens in socialized medicine.

Zantac + Prilosec + Bismuth + TWO antibiotics.
I have tried this twice now and it didn't work. that's why i am having an endoscopy done to see what is really going on in my stomach. Even with the aca I have to pay 260$ for the endoscopy. If it turns out to be a tumor or something who knows what I will have to pay out of pocket. My hope is that I just have chronic ulcers or something else that can easily be healed even if it's with a light surgery.
I should have the endoscopy done this month or early next month.
Zantac and prilosec don't work on my acid but the prescription stuff called omeprazole does as long as i never skip a day of taking it.
Like i said i tried acid reducers plus different kinds of antibiotics all at the same time, but it never changed the way my stomach feels. I never tried mixing bismuth in with it all though. But if prescription antibiotics and prescription acid blockers didn't work I doubt the OTC stuff will.

So just go wide open then?
I once had a firefighter paramedic roomate. Every week it seemed he'd come home from a 24 hour shift, and complain about not getting any sleep because another "ender" (bums) had called in a heart attack or whatever. It was this constant pattern where the 'patient' was fine they just wanted attention. This stuff goes on, lonely people, whatever, need a hug and a massage etc cant get that but I can get some medical personal making me feel all cared for.

This is the real answer.
Notice how trump (nor any other president) is talking about this even though it is obvious to us all.
Why isn't trump talking about this?

I just wish the Congress had done this. What Trump does via EO can just as easily be undone by the next person to occupy the office and the poison pill of the ACA is still hanging over us all.
