Marilyn Manson has been crushed by a falling prop at his New York City concert. The 48-year-old rock star was in the middle of singing Sweet Dreams when the props, described by witnesses as giant pistols, fell. He had just begun climbing on to them in the middle of his performance when they began to give way and 'toppled' on top of him, witnesses said. Several people rushed on to the stage but it took a number of minutes before Manson was stretchered off stage.

Other sources say he was injured. He should be fine.

No, he's not dead. Crushed and brought to the hospital, haven't seen much for updates after that, dead isn't one of them. Sources say took a while for the ambulance to arrive, and the crowd was restless. He broke his ankle just recently as well.

He was injured, not killed.

They got the prop off him pretty quick. The rumors of his death seem to be exaggerated.

The severity of Manson’s injuries was not immediately known, Rolling Stone reported, but a source told Variety that Manson “should be fine.”
“Manson suffered an injury towards the end of his incredible NYC show. He is being treated at a local hospital,” a spokesperson for the performer told Rolling Stone.

Old German Expressionism was a major influence in the style of his visual projects.
