Naked Model Arrested After Police Tussle

So, here we have yet another example of the entitled children growing to "adulthood", thinking that the law does not apply to them. This bimbo, famous for her Instagram photos (is that really considered famous and an accomplishment these days?), trespasses upon hotel property after 4am, naked, and seems to think arresting her is a problem.

-A curvy Instagram model unburdened by clothing was arrested after she struck and kicked several Florida cops who were summoned to a waterfront hotel where the woman was trespassing, police report.

According to investigators, Brissa Dominguez, 25, was “causing a disturbance” at the Edge Hotel in Clearwater around 4:20 AM Wednesday. When Dominguez ignored a direction from the hotel’s manager to leave the property, police were called.

And when the officer generously offered her a towel to cover herself up, did she thank him politely? No...

....she “used said towel to strike me in the face by swinging it in a whipping motion.

When attempts were made to arrest her, she fought, spat at, and kicked the officers. For something that likely would have resulted in her being escorted off the property, given a warning, or even a small fine for indecent exposure, she instead got.....

Dominguez was charged with trespassing, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer (the latter two counts are felonies). She was freed from the county jail after posting $10,000 bond.

Yes, little princess. Too bad that body has no brain in your head. I hope we all survive people like this in the next 20 - 30 years.

I refuse to post her picture on this story intentionally. I do not want to make her more "famous" for her looks and be in more Google photo search results. I would rather have her action speak for her as opposed to her looks.

Or have tazed, beat, then shot him for resisting. I am awaiting her claims of sexual harassment in this altercation, as it seems to be the appropriate defense of this nature today. If that happens, then we may see if any body cam footage exists. THEN I'll make a new post to the video at that point.

There was a naked man too.

At the time of Dominguez’s arrest, Clearwater cops also collared a 25-year-old Florida man who was walking around naked in the hotel’s lobby. It is unclear whether the arrest of the man--who was “uncooperative and intoxicated”--was related to Dominguez’s bust

I put this down to being in Clearwater more than anything else.

What's wrong with a lot of people these days, why are they acting all entitled? (This Chick, SJWs, Shia LaBeouf, Black Friday etc.). Now I'm not religious and all but I wonder if the Christian Right was correct when they say morals are declining.

There was no mention in the story of her being under the influence of anything but stupidity and entitlement attitude. If you have another source specifying this, please, link it here to discuss.

There IS the naked dude who WAS drunk at the time being arrested too. Not every police arrest needs to be made into a big political todo you know? Sometimes people are just dumb and do dumb things.

Dominguez-Garcia was placed under arrest for trespassing in a structure after warning. She also faces charges for battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. She was arrested in room 712.

The police report notes that there was an indication that she was under the influence of alcohol.

Wonder what else? Why include the room number?

Anyway, not sure it much more than a drunken idiot doing something stupid like driving but in this case towel whipping an officer trying to get her clothed.

I'm sort of a sucker for strong aggressive women so this may have been too much for me. Instead of arresting her she probably would have got off with a ride home.
I was never law enforcement material, but I respect those who do the tough job with dignity. These officers have 1 hell of a story to tell. 😂

And I agree with the pics or it didn't happen. And you know they had the dashcam on for this one.
