Putin didn't look Trump in the eye? I wouldn't know. I wasn't at the meeting.

Not talking about the meeting. I'm talking about the public events when they were shaking hands and things like that.

Emmanuel Macron managed to stare him down

He did? Google doesn't remember this.

two Irish Taoiseach's have laughed in his face

Google doesn't remember this either.

Maybe Putin is massively overrated. Maybe he hasn't clamped down on journalists and the opposition. Maybe he doesn't support Assad. Perhaps you can suggest some websites that will show us the real truth.

What? Are you having a stroke? Where did I say or imply any of that?

I like the way you responded to my point about Trump being marginalised.

My bad, I thought maybe you read the OP or actually looked into the G20 summit. I'm curious, what did the other world leaders accomplish?
American news: mostly trump www.nbcnews.com...
Canadian news: all trump globalnews.ca...
Euro news: mostly trump www.eurodiplomat.com...

I don't watch TV news so I had to look up the Australian journalist you mentioned. He's an articulate conservative with a history of bashing the left but I guess he's off message this time so he's now an attention whore.

You'll have to forgive me for having my doubts that you had no idea about it, but my simple sentence on it spurred you to research him personally. Also the fact that you lumped TV news in with him was pretty funny as it was the top trending story on most social media for a day or two and there were plenty of stories about it on the "news" websites. My comment on cable news was in regards to Putin. Not trump, nor this attention whoring Australian.

Your last comment is the clincher. Mission Accomplished! Donald Trump has managed to Make American Great Again in only six months. He doesn't have to go to any more international meetings now!

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish with this... whatever it is. You should have yourself examined, you're not making any sense.

I'm not surprised you missed it, but all that the republicans have been doing is winning. For nearly 8 years now. First the house, then the senate, then the presidency. Don't forget about the statehouses and governorships either. The republicans have more power today than at any time in the last 90 years. I know, you might not call that winning, but I certainly do.

Even more interesting is that the left can't put together a message other than "we hate trump". It's been 8 months since the election. The map isn't favorable to democrats. They probably should move on to learning how to win again. I hope they don't but if I were them, that's what I would be doing.

What successes. Bankrupt casinos, failed endeavors, quashed building projects, law suits by the hundreds?

For every failure he's had 50 successes. He's a man not a God and certainly not the devil you want him to be. Face it ms Clinton , as bad as you say trump is you are worse and nobody trusts you.

I mean, he managed to wake up 50 days in a row. That's something of a success.

You really have no idea how insignificant every other country is compared to the US, do you?

Hahahaha, keep telling yourself that cupcake.

Meanwhile your President begs China to intervene and help him, begs Russia to stop messing with their politics and begs UK to sign a trade agreement with them.

Cute bedtime story though, whatever helps you sleep at night.

The US economy is larger than the #2, #3, and #4 economies, combined. You're English if I remember right, you barely break the top five and you are barely 15% of our GDP. Texas and California alone are more significant than the UK, Germany, and Japan.

US GDP: 18.5 trillion
China GDP: 11 trillion
Japan GDP: 4 trillion
Germany GDP: 3.3 trillion
UK GDP: 2.8 trillion

World reserve currency: US Dollar.

Military bases outside nations border (the US is omnipresent, the largest empire in the history of the world, everyone else suckles):
USA: 800+
China: fewer than 10
Japan: 0
Germany: 2
UK: 16

Defense spending:
USA: $611 billion
China: $215 billion
Japan: $46 billion
Germany: $41 billion
UK: $48 billion

Now, I know you're fairly dense and you'll probably wonder what all this means, so let me explain. That's economic bargaining power and force. The US has a monopoly on both. No one is even close. Sure, you can thumb your nose at our Chief Executive, but that's all your leaders dare to do. When push comes to shove, the USA wins, a tie goes to the superpower. You are at our mercy, whether you want to admit it or not.

Haha, wow you got defensive real quick. You Americans and your overconfident chest beatings... its cute though.

Someone's not happy about the EU slapping you around these days. Maybe you should be more worried about all the debt you owe Japan and China.

It's fun watching your children grow up, the confidence as they grow only to be knocked back down by the adults.

Go play in the corner

Funny that the republicans have control of the house, senate and presidency yet still cant come together on a healthcare bill, very telling

Unfortunately he seems to embrace and promote the American stereotype.

"fat, stupid with misguided patriotism"

Recently I've added delusional and racist to the stereotype, I hope this changes but in the eyes of the world America has hit rock bottom.

Didn't Britain just vote to leave the EU? Seems like they got tired of being slapped around by the Euro elites as well. Any people with smarts and courage would feel the same way.

They are not the majority of Americans...NO. They are a small group, they are just the loudest.

Trump was marginalised at the G20. It was essentially G19 + the US.

He didn't help matters much when he had his daughter sit in for several meetings, because he just couldn't be bothered to go to them.

Didn't you get the memo? It was 'take daughter to work day'!

Kinda sad that nobody on Ceres cares what she thinks, being the thinker in the family. Pity.
Anyway. Where was I?

Ah, yes. Winning! Winning hearts, minds and good friends with one slap.

LMAO! "Waaaah, you're childish (for providing evidence backing my position) grow up!" That's all you can come up with?

You're so unintelligent I'm actually almost sad for you. The EU isn't slapping anyone around, especially not the USA. The EU is self destructing with merkel leading the charge of self destruction. Germany alone has seen 50% increase in violent crimes by migrants, good job, morons!

Don't even get me started on all of your (the UK's) Islamic terrorism. Good lord, you have jihadists blowing up your children at concerts, plowing people down on bridges, raping your women, kidnapping your children! and you're literally fighting to let more of them in! Ron white was right: You can't fix stupid.

Wow, someones a little brainwashed. Step off the conspiracy websites and Trumps twitter feed and you might actually learn something. You really have swallowed the propaganda pill, I can sense all that fear and paranoia boiling up inside you...quick go buy a gun!

I mean... more people have been shot by Toddlers in the USA in the last 5 years than people in the UK have been attacked by Terrorists.

It's not even close.

Rebellious little child, you can have your 4 years of tantrums and pretending to be the man of the house, after that its back to being the runt of the litter. You'll always be under our control, think about it
