I've seen this too.
Supposedly there are some in pitt as well but its past the deadline. Did they create these ballots in the past 2 weeks? maybe, Their goal was to make it to the .5% threshold.

I guess the ballots were pretty lopsided.

Trump's margin of victory in Pennsylvania is shrinking as more counties finish tallying their votes.

An updated count Friday by state election officials shows Trump's lead over Democrat Hillary Clinton has shrunk to 49,000, from 71,000.

That change was not from recounts.
The City of Philadelphia was still counting, and they just turned in their final results after reviewing provisional ballots.
Philadelphia is high population and strongly Democrat, so most votes there were already going to Clinton.
The percentage split did not change much from the original unofficial count.

If anything, that area could have been influenced by illegal immigrants voting.
They have a heavy population of illegal immigrants.

In PA you can register to vote on-line, then you need to show photo ID the first time that you vote in a new jurisdiction.
The photo ID the first time helps, but it is not fraud-proof.

The rest of districts in PA have finished counting, as far as I can tell.
Some have not certified the result, pending possible recounts.

There was one recount completed in Lehigh Valley.
Clinton gained 3 votes there - absentee ballots.

They are still updating the spreadsheet with the Wisconsin recount results.

I downloaded and summed the changes myself.
From my calculations, as of now:

Clinton: -11,328
Trump: -1,274

That's a positive for Trump of 10,054.

The biggest negative changes were in the CITY of Milwaukee.

ETA: So far, 540 out of 3,636 districts have been recounted.

ETA: I found this, which explains the above:
"Numbers for the City of Milwaukee do not include absentee ballots, which have not yet been recounted. Milwaukee counts its absentee ballots centrally (not at the polling place) on Election Night. When those absentee ballots have been counted the numbers will be updated."

Removing Milwaukee from the count for now, this is the change:

Clinton: +3
Trump: +5

That makes more sense!!

An attorney, funded through "crowdsourcing" (*Soros/Clinton*?) within days, has filed a court case for a Florida recount.
But I don't think the court has decided.

In Florida Trump won by over 112,000, so I'm not sure how far this would get.

This is an interesting overview of the attorney hired for the Florida recount attempt:

IS THIS MAN CRAZY?

It is a VERY interesting read.
I am sure many will have differing opinions, depending upon your point of view.
You really need to read the whole thing to get the whole picture, because his background is complicated.

My opinion - he is crazy.

I think she will cease being a thorn when he officially takes office along with the FBI director and the new Attorney General.

I really hope so.

But Trump has been flip-flopping on the issue.
Which, I didn't like.

Day 3 totals posted but I can not view them on my iPhone.

The lack of reporting probably means another day of net gains for Trump and a net loss for Hillary.

Yup you nailed it.

Day 3
Numbers for the City of Milwaukee do not include absentee ballots, which have not yet been recounted. Milwaukee counts its absentee ballots centrally (not at the polling place) on Election Night. When those absentee ballots have been counted the numbers will be updated.

These are the explanations provided by the clerks for difference in numbers between canvass and the recount:

Eau Claire County: Increase of 11 votes in Town of Brunswick and 13 votes in Town of Seymour due to ballots marked incorrectly on Election Day.

Manitowoc County: Increase in 24 votes in Town of Centerville due to a stack ballots missed on Election Day.

Walworth County: Increase in 10 votes in Town of Whitewater Wards 1-2 due to ballot jams on Election Day.

Washburn County: Discrepancies in Town of Bashaw were due to an error in the previous certification. The total ballots for Trump/Pence should have been 385 instead of the 352 reported.

Looks like its down to Wisconsin where they seem to be finding Trump votes.

Well the media has been distorting his comments so go figure. He has never taken investigating / prosecuting Clinton off the table. For the time being lets see what happens when he takes office and see if the Senate confirms his nominees.

WI - downloading the recount totals as of Day 3:

So far, 1,173 out of 3,636 districts have been recounted.

Results, not counting Milwaukee:

Trump: +245
Clinton: +398

Net: Clinton + 145

They also argue there is virtually no way to complete the process by Dec 13th and so to grant a recount would put Michigan's electoral votes at risk of being lost.

Something definitely wrong with this. A system that is supposed to allow for the possibility of recounts, that doesn't actually provide sufficient time to do that recount, if and when it is required, is designed broken from the start. It is as if no one wants to do that recount, because the elections are "fixed" before they are even run, and the election officials all know this, only the public is clueless.

If the election were fixed I think Clinton would have run. Maybe the recount effort is to determine who didnt fix it for Hillary?

Stein waited until the last hour of the last day to request the recounts in each state.
That deadline likely exists because it was determined that any recounts started after that day would not be done in time.

She just opened a lawsuit on that day.
A lawsuit takes additional time.

In the districts where she maneuvered for recounts using the 3 voter affidavit method - some are doing recounts.
At that point it is up to the districts to determine if the affidavits give valid reasons, and a few have done this.
Others rejected these affidavits because they did approve of the reasons, or because they were submitted after the legal deadlines for the district.

She had weeks to do this before the deadline, but she waited until the very last minute.

I don't believe that Stein is done with PA.
I think she is just changing the plot.
She is going to try going at this a different way.

There are some counties still recounting due to affidavits.
But I think that she still has some other trick up her sleeve.

Yes I agree, she wants a cut of the funds, after all I bet that was the agreement she probably had with Hillary in order to request counts on her behave.

I don think no even for a minute that it was from the bottom of Stein hart that she went after the 3 states that Hillary lost.

Thats all right.. Now that she was shut down in MI and PA an lawyer is trying to get a recount in FL. The funny thing about FL election law is a candidate is prohibited from asking for a recount. So this lawyer starts a crowd source to get the money and raises it within a few hours.

Me thinks the donations should be looked at to see where the cash is coming from.
