You jump up and down on stats taken out of context, twisted, rephrased (for example, by your "fact finding site") and fail to see that there are just as many other demographics that could be blamed, for example, why chose race???

In the universe I come from, white people are blamed for everything, white people are the sole racists discussed by the media/academia and the media is constantly on about how horrible this country is for black people (unless Trump says it, then suddenly things are great for black people). The media in my universe also supports BLM, covers for them when they murder cops and completely ignore all their clear examples of racism.

There's a reason for that and why these people are not plastered on tv. Hell, biker gangs scare cops. Reporters are not willing to risk a dirtnap for ratings and stories. And if the f eds have stats to suggest that the majority of us Black Americans are criminals, they are telling a f@#&!ng lie. MOST of us are not criminals. The riff raff of our race do NOT represent Black Americans and we are all painted with the same brush as the riff raff.

First off... Biker gangs, Mafia, and Triads do not run around killing indiscriminately. Am I excusing their murder and crime, no. But they are what is called organized crime, they kill specific people, and when they do, it is not in droves every single day and night like we see in every major city. They don't loot stores in mobs randomly attacking people. They do not hold up liquor stores, and even though they get the money, still kill the clerk.

Cops are not scared of Biker gangs for the most part if you want to quote the incident in question. I have never seen such compliance of all those bikers on the ground, not one resisting. So yea i'm sure the cops fear them.... It isn't bikers shooting at cops and killing them in record numbers bud.

and to be clear, I speak of the criminal element. Not your ordinary Black people (which there are plenty of) who do the right thing in life.

Cat Scratch Fever was arguably his biggest hit. I've known a lot of Nugent fans, but I never was a huge fan.

I actually admitted that some racism exists, but I don't consider much of what passes as racism today as actual racism. If I don't like a decision Obama makes, that is considered racist... even though my disagreement might be (typically is) based on policy. Anyone who wanted to see Obama's birth certificate during 2008 is called a racist, even though such a request is reasonable considering natural-born citizenship is a Constitutional requirement. Almost any police shooting of someone black is immediately attributed to racism, despite similar incidents happening to all races and some of those black shootings appearing justified. None of those are real racism... they are reasonable actions which just happen to affect someone with a darker skin color (OK, shooting any unarmed suspect isn't really reasonable, but you hopefully get my meaning).

Racism is taking action against someone based primarily on their race alone... and yes, there are still some who would do that if given a chance. As you rightly point out, there is a racial component to even keeping statistics based on race; that information is regularly used to stir up animosity toward black folk. But animosity stirred up is not the same as inherent racism - it is the equivalent of entrapment.

My statement was that racism, which I should have mentioned to only include inherent, strictly-defined racism, is not common. If left to their own decisions, most people would not take action against another based primarily on skin color. I do not include racism created by external influence or coercion, nor do I include opinions based on other considerations. Those are not racism from people; those are the result of racist leaders and non-racist opinions.

I also do not say that any one party or group holds a patent on racist governmental actions. Such actions are perpetrated by individuals, not parties. The problem in that respect is that one particular party holds itself out as the non-racist party, when it is far from so.

To address my ending comment, you certainly do have the right to label anyone you choose, just as Nugent has the right to say whatever silly thought pops into his head. But I have the right to then point out that your words are contributory to the very issue you take umbrage to. That's how free speech works. And when your free speech (or mine) serves only to harm others through incitement, your right to free speech (and mine) stops.

I earlier made the statement that with Nugent, I will ignore his racist comment because it's the ramblings of one old man. I also said I would openly call him on it if it presented a danger of increasing racism. I do the same to your use of labels to promote bigotry, because those labels are taken seriously by many.

You fell for the media trying to create hate and fear. He didn't say this his words were altered. See pepole today hear things amd than want to interpret it according to there beliefs. We are seeing it more and more people thinking and beING offended but comments that they decided is racist than altering said statement to confirm there bias. This is the same interview last year where people were saying that he said anyone that doesn't agree with him us anti amarican. It was all over the news but then what he actually said was entirely difrent. It's truly sad how media us trying to separate races instead of bringing them togetger. I have never seen such an effort to cement racial discord in this country.

And worse many won't open there eyes and see that are playing right in to it. When people carry stories like this without fact checking you end up creating the problem they claim to care so deeply about.
