There are literally two criminal complaints filed against Trump for the FL AG pay-off from the foundation...The pay-off they hid on their tax returns by claiming they gave the money to a charity that they never did. Those complaints filed a month ago haven't hit the grand-jury yet, but will in the coming months. Everything about the Trump Foundation is illegal and tax fraud...Just because the DOJ and IRS doesn't shout it, doesn't mean they aren't investigating and gathering evidence for a case now that all of this has been INDISPUTABLY exposed.

They didn't register as a charity..Not complicated...you register a business to do business, you register a charity if you are going to operate as a charity.

Why didn't he register?...Because it required showing financial records...which of course would have exposed that he was using the Foundation to hide income and settle lawsuits and pay-off the FL AG to drop a lawsuit, buy paintings of himself etc. etc.

As things stand, the Clinton Foundation is in step with federal and New York reporting standards. Unless government agencies change the rules or their interpretation of the rules, we are still wholly reliant on what the foundation has chosen to reveal.

As a legal matter, Clinton was not a member of the foundation’s board until 2013, after she left the administration. She was a board member in 2014 when the Saudis gave again, but that amount would be much less than $10 million.

There were no Saudi donations while she was secretary. www.politifact.com...

No, HIllary is deflecting away from her Foundation issues and how she has not paid taxes. She wanted this to come out at the right time. A perfect release. It is not going to help however.
