This Entire world is not what it seems folks, I was "approached"

I don't use drugs, never did, not even pot.

I don't use medical drugs, rarely did things like antibiotics.

I drink rarely and not to get drunk.

I am not a crazy person either

I wanted to dabble in meditation but never had the time because of work and socialising, well recently I did try few forms of meditation both active and passive with eyes open and closed and so on.

I got approached TWICE at different locations as i prepared to meditate by what can only be described as shadow person.

It would walk over to me from a distance of say 15 yards and as it would stop moving it would dissolve and disappear but I got the distinct impression it was there just that it cloaked itself.

I never got impression of malevolence, just curiosity to see what is this human up to. I got approached twice but I got the feeling it was not a single entity.

Are we being studied ?
Are we being managed ?
Why the secrecy ?

I don't have evidence, I don't have pictures, I have no reason to make this up, I know what I saw TWICE

This makes me realise that we don't know jack about the reality we live in.

There is something out there, call it spirits, call it agent smith from the Matrix, call it djinn like Muslims do. We don't know jack.

It's like we live in a box, and these beings are outside of the box looking at us living in a box.

Oddly enough it makes me slightly happy knowing there is something out there more powerful and knowing than the US government and their alphabet agencies.

You can be NSA director, you can be Rothschild owner of the federal reserve, you are still nothing, just a guy living in a box, like the rest of us.

What's outside of the box

I think we have to pass on to find out.

It probably wouldn't kill us to err on the side of caution and be good people instead of evil.

I've not really had a positive encounter myself.

IT is weird isn't it. When you see something few have seen, and now you realize oh damn this is not the ride I thought I was on...

I've been going on 26 years of this madness and I have no real answers.. I call things demon/jinn/angels/fallen angels/aliens/ghosts/spirits.. I don't know what they are.. Why they are.. Any of it..

What I do know is that they know I'm more sensitive to their "wavelength" than some others are.

And that was kicked up 5 notches when I started meditating. I stopped meditating to desensitize myself actually.

But I'm due for another round of weird soon..

Honestly it feels like "somehing" is influencing people, and I think that something wants to start WW3. So things like "the government" or "NSA" are still dangerous.. And I don't share your view that all those people in power are ALL stuck in this box with no way of knowing more about the unseen universe.

I think it's a partial cause of celebrities going crazy and saying the governemnt is trying to kill them and all of this..

You see I think we are in something like 11 dimensions all of them at once just as you are in depth and height at once.. So are the shadows, and even seemingly bodiless they are still in all those same dimensions as us.. (dimensions are not separate from each other they are pieces of the same whole, not to be confused with parallel realities)

you know meaning there are things about you that are not so solid too.


Just the thoughts from someone who has no clue what they are talking about, because the subject is so baffling.

I believe you.

I feel you are experiencing these things due to "opening up" your mind both literally and figuratively speaking.

I call it brushing up against the other side or my spirit guides or other entities trying to get my attention and It can take many different forms. This has been a part of my life for most if not all of my 56 years in this incarnation,

Like you I have no fear of these occurences and accept them as benevolent (while at the same time knowing I will not attract or accept dark or malevolent contacts *an important aspect*)

EDIT: I've read the responses warning against Dark Entities/Shadow Figures and agree 100 percent. I also advise to seek guidance in your journey my personal (albeit not to original) mantra......."I live in the Light and from the heart"

We saw them, too. It was in an old house we lived in a few years ago. From our experiences, I would say they are not good, whatever they are. Be careful.

Have you ever wondered if it is your other self ?

Most people have 'higher-selfs'.
Some have 'lower-selfs' where the shade / wraith / djinn / reaper is already hooked to their left shoulder blade.

So their secrecy depends upon how private your spiritual thoughts are.

OP joined today? Are you the guy from yesterday who wrote about electronics going wrong and shadow people? Or is there suddenly an influx of shadow people-philes on ATS? Occam's razor...

Shadow people in general are bad news, however your experience seems out of the relative ordinary. I have come across accounts of people witnessing "Grays" cloak themselves like you described. Since you had the "it's just curious" feeling, perhaps that's what it was? A curious ET or ED (extra dimensional) being hiding and observing? The shadow people that I and my brother have had experiences with we're definitely straight up Evil.

I'd believe you if you have done more drugs in your life.

I like the box metaphor you have used... Just like we look on fish living in two dimensions, I believe we are watched by beings of higher dimensions which we cannot sense with this body... some say they are spirits waiting to come back to a new body, but whatever their motives they definitely exist... Some can perceive them and most others don't.

OP. shadow men are just jerkoffs from a dimension over who cloak themselves in black to obscure their faces. They like to run Experiments on us because we are easily influenced. In short they are Arsehole scientist.

I was working construction, 27 floors up, no walls yet, stairs were sealed, only way up or down was lift. Vancouver, end of day

running a bit of forgotten cable. Sweltering heat, exhausted. Fell to my knees, heart just pounding, hard hat fell to the ground, wiped face with grimy hand looking around, no one.

Butt on my heels, thinking I'm screwed, look up, squinting I look up out at the sky and some dude comes walking towards me, watched him come forward, took like 20 seconds to reach me and put his hand on my shoulder.

Says, your going to be okay, then kept walking behind me out of sight, felt a little better and slump onto my hands.

Eventually made it to the cage and got out of there, never went back, quit.

If you walk more than 10 seconds the way he came ur gonna go over the side and drop, so I don't know, nice smile, kinda like The doc from Star Trek but real smooth skin

Just liek anyone else. you got soem good with a majority of them beinsg jerks.

A great deal of our daily reality occurs not in the "objective world" but in our own consciousness/psyche.

I'll take you at your word that you had this experience, and all I can offer to you are my own observations from my own experiences.

While the inner world can be treacherous (as we have to contend with illusions, neuroses, repressed materials, etc.) it is also the source of great understanding and "power."

This experience of yours gave you prima facie evidence that the "world" is more than it seems.

I would guess you needed that "message" ... maybe you've let the day-to-day work/grind get to you, and you're ignoring your own development, the well-being and communion with your family/friends, etc.

Sounds like a "wake up call" to me. Keep a notebook by your bed for any dreams that may come.

I've had these beings pop in and out of my life for decades. Nothing good ever comes of them making an appearance. The more attention and thought you give to them the more they appear. Do yourself a favor and ignore them. The less energy you give to them the less they pop up.

Its threatening you to keep you from mediating. It does't want you coming any closer to the light. The closer you do the more uncomfortable it becomes.

Just keep meditating. It will have to eventually leave. After a while. Remember, it can't hurt you.

Regardless of what you see or feel inside just keep quietly meditating until it leaves. You'll know when that happens.

Edit: I don't mean meditate until it happens, just keep practicing the meditation during your daily life.
