This group calls itself a "workers" party and while they may share some political views with what is traditionally right wing, they are not a "Hard right" or "Far Right" group.

One person posted the more accurate Cross diagram of political ideologies, however the positioning and labeling of the "colors" was rather odd. Nazis fall on the center of the "authoritarian" along with Communists as they are both hard core authoritarians.

This kind of nonsense is what makes me vomit when I think of the American left these days.
You are following your progressive vision and doing everything that you can to promote progressivism, however you are also doing everything that you can to shield the history of your philosophy and its roots. You are not keeping it real so to speak.
You are doing everything that you can to get people to believe that Nazis and Italian Fascist do not share a common ancestor with Left wing Liberal progressivism.
I don't care what names you use, or what labels you troll out. What I care about is actual historic actions. The things that people said and did.
The Italian Fascists and German NSDAP were the manifestation of American Progressive philosophy. The only difference was that they were more overt in their racism. The ideas of the American left in those days were being put into practice in the European political forum.

Now I will wait for the flames to come my way. I have the ammo stacked feet deep to back up everything I am saying so unless you are prepared to have your eyes open you might want to just stick to talking about these clowns in California stabbing each other.

Yes the cross diagram.
Sure a group can authoritative and be on the "right". But many people use that just like they are using the "NAZI's are right wingers" They use it to try and associate the entire right with Nazism. No one other than a Nazi wants to be associated with them, so its a cheap superficial trick to demonize. The Nazi's have and had more in common philosophically with progressivism than they do with classic conservatism. Yet the Left in the US is constantly trying to evoke the association with Republican=Nazi. Bullshat! The position on the left or right of that line is not important its the Vertical position that matters.
Looking at the posted cross diagram the fact of the matter is that anyone who is show above the center horizontal line is evil at worst and a minor tyrant at best. The political spectrum shifts from those who wish to use the power of government to control the individual lives of others (at the top of the diagram) to those who do not want that at all (at the bottom)l. The only thing most of you are doing is debating what the level and focus of the control is going to be and no one is asking why you think you should be in charge of someone else at all?

The Nazi's were a totalitarian form of government, their roots were in the philosophy called Progressivism that came into popularity in the late 1800's. Its a brother to Fascism and a cousin to Socialism and Communism.

Reading through this thread it's so sad to see, once again, people trying to blame the opposite side of their own political views. No thought at all, just a rush to grab an opportunity to blame 'the other guy'.

There were some people marching - with views that I find disturbing - that were attacked and then turned violent themselves. The fault here is clearly on both sides and ANYONE, no matter their political views, who resorted to stabbing people they disagree with should be jailed and admonished for their actions.

This is what this group has to say about ethnicity on their site:

I heard a bit on the radio today about these guys.
They aren't technically "nazis", no. They are white supremacists who cozy up with Nazis and all sorts of other hate groups, though. Guilt by association is always a bitch.

No, not really. I tend to ignore people who play the race card or the nazi card through labelling others to try and make them socially unacceptable and undermine every word they say or action they take.

They seem more like a 'white lives matter' or 'white culture matters' group to me.

I assume you are willing to accept that Hillary Clinton is a white supremacist then? She is guilty by association to Robert Byrd (not just any old association either - she had great respect for him as evidenced by her own words).

This group is in fact an offshoot of the Traditionalist Youth Network with a tuned down rhetoric in an attempt to go mainstream. The excitement of yesterday let some of the TYN bleed through the TWP layer.

Remember, it takes two to tango.

Firstly, it was the 'counter-protestors' that were doing all the stabbing, and attacking. They threw rocks, bottles, concrete, and basically anything they could get their hands on. They came to the capital building ARMED, and looking for a fight. The funny thing? The skinheads are going to be blamed, and already have been, here in this thread. Yet, if these 'counter-protestors' had never showed up, there wouldn't have been a thing, it wouldn't have even been a blip on the radar, and no one would have cared about a bunch of racists meeting at the capital. The counter-protestors came up with weapons, hiding their faces behind masks, and even assaulted a news crew, stealing some of their equipment. Who's the bad guys here? Hard to tell. God bless ya.
