I tried some photoshop work to make a new avatar. I managed to get the lettering done. A lot of that stuff back then was hand-drawn, and even with photoshop you have to hand trace a lot of it...

Kinda wanted it to turn out like this....(I gave up before I finished it)

I could probably draw that better without the computer if you wanted something like that. I don't really post my computer art here I use a touchsmart 300 and draw on it like I would a wacom, I am very familiar with he man and used to draw him and beastman alot, skeletor too sometimes. I could make you a better template hand drawn you can color and fill online if you chose to.

ETA: I was trying to say I can draw both by hand or on the cpu if you wanted something like that

Hey man haji is an under-rated character "I don't now Johnny this isn't a good idea." now a days it is a racist cartoon apparently I liked Johnny quest as a kid too.

I didn't know there was a babymetal help line here, thanks, I may need to get my coffee and smokes and come on over.

Hey guys and gals this thread is already awesome, no matter where we are all from I am seeing a very clear picture of something cool, we all were exposed to some of the same awesomeness around the same time periods. I am not sure how these cartoons captivated all of you or entertained or what they did. To me they are a never ending fountain of inspiration and a reimagining of what it is I would like to become in my life. This is awesome, I hope the contributions keep rolling in!!!

We all need help with BABYMETAL, The addiction can get out of hand...

Johnny Quest
Young hiawatha

Yes Jonny Quest!! Haji IS underrated.
Not nostalgic (well sort-of) BUT......
Have you seen 'The Venture Brothers".. On [ADULT SWIM]?
The characters of The Venture Bros. are largely re-imaginings of the characters from Jonny Quest, comic book superheroes and supervillains, and of other famous figures from popular culture.

Enjoy!?

[ADULT SWIM] has a huge collection of not so PC cartoons and anime to peruse.. A good collection honestly. Quite a few are HILARIOUS, others not so much or terrible.
[ADULT SWIM] Video list ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Some Titles to sample(if not already aware);

The Boondocks

Cowboy Beebop (cool anime)

Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law

The show revolves around the activity of the Sebben & Sebben law firm, which is staffed mainly by superheroes and other characters who had originally been featured in classic Hanna-Barbera cartoons, most notably Birdman and the Galaxy Trio.

Awesome. Me and my neice watch He man, she loves it.

At the risk of sounding corny, it is such a wholesome, sweet show.

I got her a cringer/battlecat original toy for Christmas last year. I like Orco.

Yes, also one of my favorites.

I am not sure but no one really mentioned any HBO cartoons like the critic, spawn or what about the duckman? I can't believe no one has mentioned duck man or bevies and butted yet lol

Politically correct hypocrites. Adult themes and cartoons don't mix with childish adults. They are too easily offended.

"Hey, I resemble that remark."
