You're possibly right about that.

Idk though. In watching it again, it still looks like the shot come from the guy behind him. Maybe it's just the way the body drops.
Honestly hard to tell, the more I watch it.

But then again, that's kind of irrelevant. Fact is, this was a "suicide by cop". That's undeniable to the unbiased, really.

Well they didn't seem to be worried about the car after they shot the guy.

They just maneuvered around.

But there was already an officer in front of the vehicle.

I believe that officer thought Finicum was going to ram directly into the vehicle he was taking cover behind. As such, he jumped out of the way.

Would you want to stand behind a vehicle that you thought was going to be directly hit by a large, speeding truck?

An unedited video is something... eh... unedited, innit? We're not supposed to see time-stamps? Aha. National Security issue, I suppose?

He didn't even hold a toy or something that looked like a weapon but they created a martyrer regardless. Intentionally or not, doesn't really matter by now.

There was no capable crisis prevention team on the scene, after weeks of occupation? Now that's finally some good news for us, folks! Those Police State actors are obviously full of it and unable to cope with anything, that doesn't seem to reach for a weapon. Duly noted.

It's not fact, it's still only conjecture it was suicide by cop.

When we get audio from the ground then we can make a better picture

To me he looked all gun-ho and jumped in front of the truck shooting at it.... he was in that shooting stance.... looked like he was throwing a few rounds into the truck.. before being smashed like an idiot.

I'd have probably moved a bit sooner but that's just me...I don't know what he was trained to do. Glad he didn't get run over for the mistake in judgement that's for sure. Honestly I thought that in itself would have gotten the vehicle gunned down on the spot if not as you said on approach.

We're talking about an ongoing occupation for weeks, you can't take this incident out of it's context. Which you just did.

I didn't see any prevention of violence on the other hand either, this trigger happy BS has to stop. We're the people and they ought to work for us. I may disagree with those militia folks, but they deserve a fair trial like everyone else.

This death was completely unnecessary, except for a police state going full retard and heading for a violent uprising. He was no direct thread with a toy in his hand, was he?

I don't think he was reaching for his firearm. I think he was reacting to being shot. The officer behind him may have interpreted his twisting motion as reaching. Moreover don't rule out just slipping on the damn snow. Eyewitness testimony from inside the car attest to the FBI shooting up their car both before and after the chase.

The witness also said that the FBI simply shot LaVoy in cold blood. The poor clods were set up from start to finish. They had a fake meeting with the sheriff, they had government provocateurs embedded and they had an army of fed.s ordered to create an incident that would incite a little civil war.

Maybe Obama needs a third term under martial law. I fear for the rest of the protestors. They are not going to let them out safely.

Oh lets not forget that the fed.s used the car as target practice after gunning down LaVoy even though there were two unarmed civilian women, known to them, in the car. Was that justified as well? Did they fail to vote correctly in the last election? I'm sure that will label you as a terrorist in the new regime.

I don't need audio to see the guy intentionally reaching (multiple times) into his coat for his weapon.
It's very obvious from this video.

Sheer luck? Leaving the car and having your hands not in the air surely justifies an execution. Not.

Trigger. Happy. Period.

I've been following it the entire time.
You don't need to have followed the whole thing to see this guy jump out with his hands up, then reach into his coat (not once, multiple times) attempting to get his weapon out.

I may disagree with those militia folks, but they deserve a fair trial like everyone else.

And guess what, the ones already arrested...the ones that didn't jump out and pull the ignorant sh*t that Finicum did are going to get a trial. You kinda just invalidated your own argument there, bud.

You're right, it was unnecessary. Finicum didn't have to jump out and pull the crap he did. Again, mess with the bull get the horns. That's the way it works. He said himself he wasn't going to jail and would rather die, but yeah...keep ignorning that one.

The rest of your reply, I cannot even make sense of. Perhaps articulate yourself a bit better and make some sense.
What "toy" is it you are speaking of?

And what is a "direct thread"?

These conversations , polarised though they may be....don't seem to reveal much in the way of wisdom....truth.
mutual respect or common courtesy.....
I call TROLL.................
And we know the definition of trolling is
One jerk on a line waiting for a jerk on the other end.....
I get the impression nobody really gives a # about America as long as they get to spew.
Where is the compassionate concern.....
I think there are far deeper and more pressing inferences to be drawn by the whole situation.....
How can baiting each other ever be constructive or deny ignorance for that matter.....

Not luck. Compliance with orders to surrender.

Leaving the car and having your hands not in the air surely justifies an execution.
Leaving a car after running from authorities, being know to carry weapons, being known to have proclaimed to not be taken alive, lowering ones arms. All would be reasonable cause to consider the subject an imminent threat.

There's no doubt he's reaching, however we don't know WHY he is reaching.

To say it's fact that it's suicide by cop is just as silly as those saying it's fact the cops shot him in cold blood.

There's not enough information to go off other than our own opinions right now and opinion is far from fact

No, but then lowering them and attempting to reach for your weapon while you have multiple guns on you will get you shot. That's the way it works.
But yeah, just ignore that part.
