I just watched this video and it hit me good, twice actually as the end has a really good or bad twist to it. It's about a Mom who forgets something in the car while shopping. LOL it is a staged video but yet it really gets the message across.
Here is the link.

Enjoy the video and laugh or cry its 50/50 funny and sad.

Like I mentioned in the OP its funny or sad and I experienced both emotions at the end.
If the video was not staged I would never have posted it in the first place.
Yeah it kind of pissed me off but yet I smiled, the message is clear .......Put down the stupid phone and get on with life.

I can see your point and agree with that stance. I guess it was just a venue taken to express that stance that put me off .

The kid wasn't even strapped in the seat right.

Major fail as humor.

No Problem at all, and I do agree with the above quote.......it could have been done better but this is what we got to watch and comment on.

It depends on how you view it from a personal perspective, the message is clear enough I think that cell phones cost lives.
Texting while driving, etc etc .......

Again I will repeat to those who do not read the entire OP. I found this funny and sad but at the same time the message got slapped up the side of my head good enough to sink in.

Would have been even funnier if it had been an exploding prop

Isn't it weird how people become so dependant on their phones!
When we were kids there were no mobiles, and probably only one or two houses in any street that had a landline, and yet I dont ever remember needing to get intouch with people.

The first vid - I've seen the opposite of that.
I was driving to work one morning and a work mate raced up behind me and stupidly went past me by going the wrong side of a bollard. The lady in the car in front of me tried to turn right (we drive on the left) and my mate smashed into the side of her. Her car spun two 360's!!
I stopped and ran over to her and she suddenly started screaming "My baby my baby where's my baby".
She was hysterical! By now about six people were running about trying to find her baby!
After about a minute she dropped to her knees and said "I left my baby at home".

Agreed, I do believe it is a Global problem now and is only going to get worse.

Absolutely true! The lady normaly went...somewhere... every morning, but on that particular morning her father had visited and so she left the baby with him.
What my friend did was absolutely crazy, I was sure he'd lose his license and possibly even get jailed, but he just got a small fine and one endorsement! He must have been friends with someone very influential.
