Every person in business needs some tough attributes, but Trump is not an immoral sadistic usurper like Obama.

Just look at his demeanor and the way he often speaks to other people, that is not tough business tactics, that is being an egotistical a-hole. He would be absolutely no better than Obama, maybe even worse. I'm not a fan of Obama but I'm also not a fan of pompous wig wearing douche bags. You really have no idea how he would act as the President, many people clearly had no idea how Obama would act when they voted him in. Trump already has close connections with many powerful individuals and corporations, he may as well be a politician already. To assume he would use all his power and connections to do exactly what the middle class of America would want is highly naive. Putting your trust into a rich celebrity like Trump is just asking to be screwed over.

I never said I trust Trump. I was saying he wouldn't do all the faked up stuff Obama does on a daily basis. Obama loses often when something he is promoting gets shot down by a MAJORITY of the American people.
A good honest president would say: "America doesn't want that, okay, lets move on to something else."

Obama instead goes and finds ways to do end runs around not only the constitution, but around congress, the senate, and the wishes of the MAJORITY and then violates his oath of office to get his original plan executed. This is what a crook does. Not what an honest country loving American would do.

If I had a choice I would vote, and will vote for RP, or Trey Gowdy even. Someone who won't piss on the constitution like Obama does daily.

Trump would still be 1000 times better as president than the scumbag in there now.

Where do you get that he does things that a MAJORITY if americans disagree with?

Do you have this much disdain for our congress that does nothing to combat, which they can, all that you mention?

Care to detail this "faked up stuff" that Obama does daily?

Obama loses often when something he is promoting gets shot down by a MAJORITY of the American people.

Such as what exactly?

A good honest president would say: "America doesn't want that, okay, lets move on to something else."

America does not want to pay taxes, so you think they should be abolished?

and the wishes of the MAJORITY and then violates his oath of office to get his original plan executed

Care to provide examples of that?

I like Trey! Think he would be great. Thats down the road a bit though. We need a guy who will stop the madness up there and put some of these fires out. A guy, or Gal thats not "Connected" to anyone.

The Two party system is just not going to work in a Three Class system, someone is always going to be left out. Most of the time it's the poor or soon to be poor in our case with this administration. Rome is starting to burn now. Much damage has been done. We are now broke as hell, education is shot to pieces, the economy has tanked and drones rule the skies over countries we give our money to. We got flat busted spying on any friends we had in the world and at home we have a country of people scared to death of it's leaders and the executive branch. It seems to me the documents that gave citizens rights has been amended far too many times and the idiot we have now is just making up the rules as he' wishes. Need a leader bad right now or the wheels are gonna fall off.

Trump would be a disaster for America. Not only is he borderline insane and a megalomaniac, but his business practices and lack of integrity are well documented and nearly legendary. The man has a history of filing bankruptcy just to avoid paying back investors.

Wait... the more I type the more he does sound like every other person in Washington DC. You might be onto something.

LOL, yup! Trump wouldn't be constrained to that teleprompter either..I would love to see those press conferences. He would go off script faster than his staff could do a double face palm. He could get Leno as his press secretary to ease our pain.

I just thought of another good press secretary for Trump would be.. Dennis Miller!

I know Trump has many a sordid old time business dealings that bankrupted a few folks, but comparing him to Obama and how rancid Obama is for business and the economy, I would pick Trump over Ob-llama any day. I think a lot of people would, and he would not be a disaster for America. We already got the disaster for America leeching away in the white house, or on the golf course while America burns from his fire-sale.

Obama's friends and pals are sure getting rich though. I bet they love him still. And how about the few billion for the Obama care website, I wonder if Obama got any kickbacks from that money hidden away. I bet Trump would never do that kind of junk. He would be too afraid of getting caught.

Obama got caught and none of his supporters even minded lol. Says a lot for our wonderful country.

a reply to: scattergunI believe that Donald would make a good president. I also believe we need a POTUS that is NOT a career politician. If elections where held today, I would vote for him. I just hope he is in it for the long 18 months before the elections. I think when it comes to the debates he would destroy all the politicians that are there. I think he would simply get things done, the right way.

Well, as Obama is not a usurper... what makes you think Trump is not immoral?

Trump would be focusing on

Trump. That is all he cares about, Trump.

For the first time in all the years, I actually agree with you. Broken clocks and all that.

Trump is a POS and anyone that cannot see that, well, shame on them. Although it wouldn't surprise if he got "voted" in. He's a really good liar, why else has he made billions, has no basis in reality as he's one of the .00000000001% so why the hell not? Makes perfect sense.

I'd rather watch a tree grow than listen to Trump or any of the other candidates. Not a one is qualified to watch over my pet rock let alone be trusted to do anything right by us peons.

Pandering to someone in such denial wouldn't constitute constructive debate, so I'll pass.

I'll address one of your misconceptions though.:

When a majority "Say" they do not want something, it means they VOTED against it. LIke when the senate voted down the trade deal the other day. Now they are fixing to get around that majority vote by other means rather than respect democracy.
Is this getting through?

Last time I checked we don't get to abolish taxes, not because we don't want them, but because we don't get to VOTE on it. No one could even get a "no taxes" bill 1/4 the way through the house without the bill pusher getting escorted to the nearest funny farm.

So you can see that your response was misconstrued to say the least. (We send messages about what we want with our represented votes for or against something) When a majority votes for or against something we are telling government what we the people want.) See how it works? OF course there is also the VETO and that ball point pen working against us as well, but the veto is supposed to protect us. With Obama at the helm, the Veto hasn't helped freedom very much however. With Obama we are in a "lose lose" situation.

But as the ostrich does, seeing no danger means there is no danger. Which is a very danger ridden way to be when the tiger eats the ostrich. HE usually discovers that too late.

how many times has this guy stated he may run then withdrew? lol. can anyone take him seriously?

and what make you thnk this guys good at business? how many time he bankrupted, he didn;t build his wealth from scratch like other self mades. he inherited majority of it, no? how much of his wealth can be contributed to him earning it?

plenty of business people better at making money than this guy.

the key isn;t if you vote for him, the key is whether he get popular support behind him to win presidential election.

people had a chance for romney but they gave obama the popular support and he won by a landslide.
