I recently moved back to Indiana from Texas, while living there I stated several times " Texas isn't like what they are used to, they aren't going to kill a couple of people and take over a town. They are going to get their asses handed to them."

They are used to subdued, weak populations.

America breeds fighters.

Our favorite pass times are all violent in one manner or another. Hunting football boxing war...etc.

Even our politics and everyday net activity are antagonistic.

We love a fight.

We are like a modern day Sparta.

We are strong because we demand strength, and glorify champions so that all want to win.

Sure it leads to some unintended consequences.... Largest prison pop on the planet etc...

But nobody wants to come here and try us, we will fight amongst ourselves until an outside factor unites us, at that point...just better to not try it.

It is one thing to mess with our interests abroad, and quite another to try to attack us at home.

I was recently on a mental ward, been numerous times, met loads of wonderful people with all types of beliefs, literally...

Any who I met a Muslim fellow...


One day he was reciting a Quran verse for me in Arabic...

He started crying... It was powerful...

I had a sudden image of others who recite the Quran...

Only with bile and vitriol dripping from their mandible...

And it got me to the idea that out there, we have a polar opposite, thinking exactly what we are, but going a completely different route with it.


Sort of like the Comedy-Tragedy masks...

Perhaps many of you are missing the real point of all this.

Yes, we can all agree that ISIS taking credit for this failed attempt seems weak and does not show their "power" to cause death and destruction on US soil. It's quite silly, actually.

But the real goal was to cause fear among the masses of American sheep that are not as "enlightened" as you or I and to help fuel the ignorant, scared islamiphobes we have in this country.

Most people are not going to look at this and laugh at such a pitiful attack. Instead, they will point to the incident and shake in their boots at the idea that ISIS has finally made it to US soil. The neoconservative islamiphobes will spread this as much as they can to get their readers/viewers/listeners worked-up.

As stupid as this is to you and I, it will still accomplish it's intended goal.
