Im a bit of a gear whore and I still hadnt seen their exact camouflage before, but I recognised it:

I love how they nearly always show the ISIS boys dressed from head to foot in black. Oooooh! Black is the scary colour and signifies a baddie.

It's a perception management thing. Like the baddies always wore a black hat in all those westerns, Darth Vader, Ninjas...etc...etc...
Silly really, as there is no way they be wearing black all day in the middle of a freakin' desert in the midday sun. Maybe they get changed into the shorts and t-shirts when the cameras get switched off again and nip off set for a cold one.

If this story is true it kills off the strategy of training locals to fight ISIS. Soon as they are trained they go over to the other side.

Endless war is a good money pit for arms factories. Keeps the locals infighting, forever. Like Libya and Iraq?

US congress gave 500 million to Syrian rebels as did US allies like UK, Saudis, Canada etc.
