I had a dream about a year ago, very lucid and real. I was dealing a $1-$3 no limit Texas Hold'em game at Caesars Palace, which I did quite often in my waking life. Suddenly, I felt light headed, and my vision narrowed... I felt I was going to die. Recognizing that I was in a dream, due to the angles at which the tables were set being off, I looked at everyone and said, "I'm a goner!"

So then I died. Everything went black, the dream had ended. I woke up laughing. Do you ever have such a funny dream that you wake up in a fit of laughter? Anyway...

So if you faced imminent death, or even a long, slow, painful one, as most will, what would you say?

What would you prefer your last words to be, in the context of who was around when you were dying?

So, I know most people would say something like how much they love the person they're with, but that's why I put this in Jokes, Puns, and Pranks, to try to get a little something more creative out of you sleepers. So what if you're with your mother, your brother, your buddies at the strip club?

And remember... Everyone dies alone. Unless there's someone dying right next to them!

If I'm very lucky...my last words will be...
" HEY, WATCH THIS!"

thoughtcatalog.com...

“Either this wallpaper goes or I do.” — Oscar Wilde. Okay. A couple of things here. First of all, what he actually said was, “This wallpaper and I are fighting a duel to the death. Either it goes or I do.” Which is pretty damn funny, and also poignant, since Oscar Wilde — formerly world-renowned poet and playwright — was lying, broke and abandoned by nearly all of his friends, on his deathbed in a cheap hotel in France. But he still got in one last zinger! And “Either this wallpaper goes or I do” is a pretty damn funny thing to say, considering he was dying and in a lot of pain and all. Unfortunately, he said this weeks before he died. Oscar Wilde’s actual last words, as far as we can tell, were part of a mumbled Catholic prayer. Oh well.

I have an odd feeling my last words might be "I swear I'm Innocent" or "oops".... but most likely something along the lines of "trust me, it will hold"
Just hope the last words I hear aren't "cut the blue wire"

"I regret nothing...and now, for the greatest adventure of all!"...

...although TO BE HONEST, I'm guessing it will probably be something like this:

Me: "It's OK, I never wanted to be here anyway..."

Not me: "Gee, I wish I'd spent more time at the lab!"

mine would be " I think I'm getting better" or " lets see who can hold their breath the longest"

You guys are awesome...

"You, you, and you, come with me. The rest of you panic!"

I like that in the context of a dying man's last words.

"Do you need anything while I'm out...?" Hmmm...

Regrets are as artificial as the objects to which they're attached.
