Happy New Year to one and all on ATS.

Ok so I didn't go out, I never do on New Years Eve.

Anyway my night so far has consisted of staying in with my son, my sister and my niece popped up for a couple of hours.

My sister bought a friend with her, his name was Jack Daniels. I didn't have much because I am not a drinker but my is Mr Daniels strong.

Feeling a bit sick-ish, but will stay up to watch the fireworks, 20mins to go.

I've had a quiet night, like I usually do, but I'm here sipping Tia Maria, enjoyed the fireworks on the TV and am celebrating with the traditonal TV show Jools Hollands "Hootenanny"

I hope 2014 brings you all everything you wish for.... heres to a great New Year!!

Just me (my son is out for the evening) and I have one very tiny little bottle of bubbly - enough for one glass I think. I don't drink, but it was so cute at the store that I found it mysteriously in my cart

So, if I can stay awake til my midnight (it's 9 pm now here in my world), I may crack that bottle open and have a sip.

But, worked all day and am already feeling drowsy. Yikes!

Beezzer's got a little shindig on his thread - worth popping in and out there for a bit of cheer!

Change of plans here for New Year's Eve - like to be alone but did have plans. Then the temps plunged to 50 below w/ wind chill. I. Am. Not. Going. Outside. Here for the duration.
