Have you ever heard of Edward Bernays?
His mother was Freud's sister.
His father was brother to Freud's wife.
That made Bernays Freud's double nephew. Bernays was one of the earliest children in the whole world to be raised with the information of psychology from childhood.

He went on to become one of the major developers of the advertising industry.

Poker players use "tells" to gain an advantage over their opponents. They are quite subtle and very revealing to those that are trained in their identification.

Knowing tells is also general lie detection technique. I always wear mirrored shades when I play in tournaments.

Take a tip from the politicians, simply say, "I don't recall...." How can they prove you don't really remember what you said or did?

I'm very bad though at recognizing subliminal messaging. I'm only good at recognizing lies because the study of people has been ongoing now for 40 yrs.,so really I shouldn't have missed any of those questions. I put it down to my dyslexia and reading comprehension [several of my illnesses cause brain fog].

Anything by or about Milton Erickson - The REAL father of NLP, and probably the best hypnotherapist to live in the 20th century. An amazing man.

Sound and frequencies - I can't really give a good resource for this one. Most of what I have studied and learned about sound and frequency came from my days of working with mixing boards, recording, and reading what I was able to get my hands on. It has come in very handy over the years with my studies in subliminals, hypnosis, nlp, altered states, etc. etc.

Double speak kinda goes with the double bind, consensus reality, the dialectic, groupthink, and of course, "newspeak". They all work hand in hand among politicians and corporations. Almost as bad as Carny talk

I've been out on calls all day. I ran across your thread when I got home. I was delighted to see it. These are all areas I have some study and knowledge in. To me, they're exceptionally interesting. Albeit very dry and complicated for most to care about studying them.

A man named Dick Sutphen gave a speech years ago about mind control, that you might find interesting. I'll see if I can find the PDF I have of it. I think you would find it enlightening.

Yes. Please send all that you can, I LOVE this stuff, and there is more to learn from this than most know. Yet, for those that are aware of this its kind of hard to explain how you see certain subjects, and how you relay and accept information, that to me seems to be the most difficult.

Supposedly, it comes from a poem by William Blake. I only know about it because a friend and I were talking about it years ago. I found this in a quick search. How accurate it is, I can't say.

It was on topic. I thought it was the premise of your OP. except instead of him calling me out for being a juicy plump bird with padding all around, I was hoping he'd call me out for padding my response with meaningless detail...."I'll grab the popcorn". In fact I was responding to tag the OP for further reading.
