Thank you, Reality Remix crew. Interesting topics and good discussion, all much appreciated. My dog, Cowgirl, would have been all over that "belly rub" topic thinking such frivolous civil complaints could possibly spell putting an end to her greatest joy in life. She would welcome a belly rub anytime from anyone without the least discrimination.

Thanks also for the Uruguay topic. I was unaware of the President's personal lifestyle choice of rejecting the trappings of high office. While I find that commendable I am not sure I would do that myself, not to that extent and especially not being such a fan of VW beetles - but there are those out there who swear by those little cars.

Uruguay is one of the most developed Latin American countries and has likely one of the highest standards of living by many measures. They should also be commended for their modern approach to crime and corruption issues that other countries in the region will no doubt soon adopt. The Wikipedia article states of Uruguay- According to Time World, the legalization of marijuana occurred on 5 August 2013. In order to decrease drug trafficking and offer better-quality marijuana for a lower price at a pharmacy, the Uruguayan government legalized the production and sale of marijuana, and it will continue to "control the whole chain of production"

The topic "Are conspiracy theories destroying democracy" and recent dealings as an expat in Latin America has prompted me to pose that question to myself in reverse. There will be a little wait-and-see to find out if US democracy poses a threat to my conspiracy theories recreation. Last Tuesday I drove to the US Consulate branch in San Miguel de Allende to submit my forms to renew my US Passport where my application will be sent to the US Embassy in Mexico City, Distrito Federal to be processed.

The following afternoon at home I experienced a brief 10 minute interruption in my internet service. Once my connection had been restored I checked the Illustrial site to make sure I could audio stream OK for that evening's shows and to examine my connection on the site's visitors globe. Strangely enough, it appeared then and for over a week now my internet service is being routed through Mexico City. I can only wonder if the Embassy spooks are now looking into my net browsing habits in light of my Passport renewal application. Or maybe it is just coincidence....

With the 50-Year anniversary of the Kennedy assassination just days away, one of the all-time biggest conspiracy theories in modern days, I have been busy with my conspiracy homework and giving them plenty to consider about me, if they are watching. It occurred to me, however, the spooks could be disappointed I am not visiting porno sites instead. Doing that could make me appear more "normal" perhaps. Likely the only correct answer is to just shut off my computer for a few weeks. But I am not going to do that! No governmental democracy policies are going to destroy my conspiracy theory fun.
