About FEDBIZOPPS...People may want to take a look...

This week people discovered some new dangerous man made frequencies being transmitted around the US, they are dangerous and have been around for at least a few days and as many as a couple weeks. The sawtooth variety has been reported and this can control your mind via serotonin uptake and other neurotransmitter alterations.

Going back to some of the early and alarming req's concerning radio and control it made me really concerned. People this week found mind control frequencies hitting in the SE US while this is happening the g o v is ordering more equipment to do the same thing?

The flooded region of Colorado was full of uranium mines, pretty sure that's why we first heard they were being quarantined? First reports nobody in or out, next reports 12 people dead, then overnight it went to 1200 people. How do they find that many flood fatalities overnight?

Sometimes code is code. Been there done that.

You above all should know that if the military or what ever agency doesn't want you to know something, then you just won't know.

Just look at how Gen. Petraeus was brought down, That was some amatuer snip.

Neat stuff... The one thing with nano-materials sounded like it was a fancy name for a clutch pack of some sort. Wear and tear transmission part comparable to that on an automobile, but on a jet engine. Sometimes the government contractors and engineers get a little carried away in their naming conventions (make it sound more expensive), then again generic names sometimes don't always cut it.

Another item I saw mentioned is an big ol' air conditioner. It's expensive because that's what keeps 80°F air flowing in a workspace with steampipes and stuff where ambient temps get around 120°F. That and seawater is corrosive, so it has to last for a whole deployment. And after running around logging stuff in the plant for half an hour while your ship is cruising in the gulf, you want to be waiting in the 80°F air when the next person on rotation does the logging.

The "nuclear detectors" might be a dosimetry badge or clip. If they're changing to a different model, they may want to get them in the inventory first before phasing out the old ones. Those things are a wear and tear item (disposable in some cases), and anyone who works in a nuclear space is pretty much issued one. Might want to do more research, if it's passive like a badge I wouldn't make too much of it. If it's an active device like a geiger counter, then sure that might be saying something.

Also if anyone wants to know, iirc some fairly average items found in a home or office may have the NSN on a barcode near the part and serial number markings if it's also made for sale under government contract. And there's something called "Corporate And Government Entity" (CAGE) number which is 5 or 6 digits for any company that works with the federal government. (Looking at those is where I found the oddball WWII stuff I mentioned previously. The old codes were 4 digits or have 00 prefix with the old 4 digits. So "new" style numbers for... Let's just say I noticed.) I'm sure the supply gal running this thread can verify those things.

Many things are pretty mundane despite what they're called, but I'll agree there still are a lot of fun things if you keep at it.

On another site that everyone gets banned from. A former researcher uncovered a new sawtooth wave in a frequency that is known to tamper with the human brain, depression and etc... It can put people over the edge. It was confirmed by other members and I believe the OP was baned as well. I'm baned so I can't get the link or info.

look into the Russian Woodpecker Frequency as well if you have never heard of any of this type of thing.

In my minds eye I see bloodied prisoners on stretchers screaming as organs are removed and these freshly harvested organs gets implanted in rich and powerful patients at the prison's outpatient facilities LOL

I can see prisoners being coerced by other prisoners and maybe selling their organs too.

Why would they need that in the prison I wonder? Smacks of Nazi camps to me where they did all kinds of experiments.

The last week and a half has led ME to believe that while the Govt. shutdown was taking place...someone other than the usual authorized users of the Supply and Logistics Acquisitions system( that is reserved for Federal Contract Specialists) was using the system...
The weapons requisitions entered into the system prior to the announcement that the Default would be avoided was of particular concern...the reasons being:"
THE original synopsis dates...how did these requests even have a Justification and Approval document attached after only 10 minutes???
The time of day the original synopses were filed...I don't understand who was even authorized to be in the system during a shutdown....nevermind at that time of day.
A req for Soybeans shouldn't be considered "Unusual or Compelling"...I feel as if some dirty dealing took place on this day at this time and Items that were being requisitioned were snuck in with a soybean bill.
A req requiring Justification and Approval can take days...weeks...or even months.

I don't know. If -- say, for example -- an army base had a club/bar for non-coms to have a beer and let off steam, I suspect it would be a club that has the same types of amenities that a regular bar has. I mean, some large army bases are like small towns -- and many small midwest towns have a bar with a mechanical bull.

So I could see a non-coms bar at an army base looking to install a mechanical bull. If they did, the requisition would go through FBO.gov so any company can have a chance to bid on providing it.

Eye on Philly all week this week, but based on soybean coding being the first option listed under those codes... Seems the odd posts from 10/16 are admin tests

IIRC, the report I read was that the req'd bull was for a national guard unit's recruiters, as they sometimes use the mech bulls at fairs and other events for recruitment purposes and the old one was costing more to maintain than it was worth

That sounds reasonable. My "for example" was just an example of why the gov't might be buying a mechanical bull.

Honestly, there is really nothing on this list that strikes me as odd. The government buys a lot of things and solicits a lot of services.
