I think I caught a subliminal message in this alex jones video

If you listen at 16:09-16:10 you will notice a fast high pitched noise that is totally different from the audio of the video. Did anyone else pick up on this? I wouldn't be surprised that "powerful globalist corporate political interests" would hire a black operation contractual firm to hack into social media content and splice subliminal messages into the compressed audio stream,video stream or maybe even website images.

It's called an audio glitch. Those things will happen in TV and radio from time to time. That is quite the leap to say some black ops contractors are hacking in and placing subliminal messages just from hearing a quick little bleep.
