and waited, and waited .. and waited.. and refreshed every time to see if it actually did post ..

it never showed up ..

someone want to tell me what's going on .. ? Is it the server/site or what.. ?

yes it is..

however it did show up but, hasn't come up on the 'LIVE' forum that has 'new, flagged, recent' panes; I not sure how that works but it seems to be broken

The auto-refreshing pages show a flash when the refresh happens. It's about every 60 seconds... slower on slow computers. As soon as you make a post, it will appear in the next refresh.
