top sites for conspiracies/ats not in top 10

i am kind of shocked ats is outside of the top ten
there is a voting system on this site

Are all the sites forums or like conspiracy news sites. If it is that latter I can imagine that is why they're more popular than ATS. Because people will be seeing the latest news and what not.

That site is the same as any "top list" for MMO's and other video games...

based on votes per month... and very easy to cheat

We all know ATS is the best site for any and every topic... Not just conspiracies...

Trust me those top sites are easy to cheat... plus most times theres some sort of reward for voting...

Maybe the top ten conspiracy sites are rated for something other than quality content...if so, then ATS'ers should be proud that this site is not in the top ten. It means that while we have room to improve, there's quite a few other popular sites that are REALLY in the toilet.

I didn't see any trustable process through which the grading is done,and what are the mechanisms behind these processes ,if they are trustable or not.

Forums listed before ATS seems to be nonsense forums, more like teens chats and we all know how teens talk and what make them thrilled and shocked. Shocking news from "before its news" site.. hmm i guess we have more class here. Of course we also have few crazies coming and going like beloved Bernard but in general ATS is possibly most sane forum in this insane category of conspiracy sites.

ATS was not in the top 10 was the surprise to the OP and honestly me as well...

Its number ten now.

I dread to think what sort of garbage would be getting posted if ATS was Number 1.

Whilst ATS does have it's fair share I'd also say that ATS is the BEST at sorting the wheat from the chaff thanks to the quality of it's members.

Not everything is a conspiracy and most of the garbage that's presented as such only helps to discredit the genuine conspiracies.

To me no matter what anyone says...ATS is number one on my list!

I just checked some of those other sites and on the face of them they seems kind of hokey and make me feel uneasy.

We used to be a Conspiracy Site...but now we can fix our cars, computers, publish poetry and art...some music...learn recipes of layer cakes and casseroles...comspiracy site? Not anymore.

Same here. They felt cheap and not very well structured. Topics so jammed together that they hurt my eyes trying to single out a topic.

ATS is the only "Conspiracy" site that I follow. I have found that most of the members are very quick with breaking news stories, many times even before national media.

We have a host of members that are actually "experts" in various fields of study and, as such, are able to help bring clarity to certain stories. (Now if we could just get Phage to do more than just one liners this place would be perfect.)
