Well, the job search has not born any fruit and It looks like I'm going to have to move in with my parents for a while. That means that I won't be seeing you guys very much, as they don't have internet access.

I'm not sure how much I'll be missed, but I know I'll miss a few of you here.

So, I just thought that I'd take a little time to say goodbye for now, because I'm not sure how often I'll be able to get online. I'll miss you guys.

Dave my friend

Take good care, and look after yourself

If it helps I had to move in with my parents at 35 years of age to consolidate everything, it was as frustrating as hell but turned out to be a really good move.

After a couple of years I had enough to put down a deposit on my flat, and the rest as they say is history.

Take my best wishes with you and know that will be missed in the forums.

May you find the job of your dreams before too long and come back to your ATS family with renewed vigour

Cody

go to the public library, use a friends computer, go to an apple store, there's tons of free internet, mcdonalds, starbucks, wendy's etc etc etc. What's your problem? Do you live in the desert?

Hey Man, No shame in falling back & regrouping and it's great that you have folks that are there for you.

At least you've been on your own and independant.

I have a feeling more than af few members here on ATS have not. You know, The classic "failure to launch" scenerio.

Good luck to you, Dave. I look forward to your return.

Just remember, whatever your age is, you've survived this long in this hard, cruel world. This is just another trying moment to get through, and you will.

I will miss you dave but I'm sure you will be back on your feet in no time! And don't feel bad, my kids have moved back home several times (one is home now)- it's nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone needs a hand up sometimes, you are lucky that you have a family who loves you to lend that hand!

Good luck buddy, and I hope to see you back here ASAP!

I've been there myself.

Had to move in with my mom a few times while reorganizing myself and getting things worked out.
We all look forward to your return!

And thanks for letting everyone know.
I disappeared for a little while and worried quite a few people, I was surprised because I didn't think anyone was paying attention, when really they do!

Good luck. It won't be bad, ask all the questions you can about any of your ancestors. I now wish I had asked some specific questions but it is too late.

You'll be getting a job within two weeks. Stay at your parents till you build up some funds.

Get a - Pay As You Go - USB internet dongle. Then you can be online wherever
Mine cost just £15. I put on £10 credit per month and it EASILY keeps me on ats etc, just dont do too much downloading.
