She is one of the biggest member advocates we've ever seen and while always professional and courteous has never shied away from telling any of us when she thinks we are mistaken about a member or about to do something not perfect.

While we'll never be perfect we want to be the best we can be. ATS is more than just a forum, it's a community filled with people from all walks of life from all over the world, in many cases it's not easy to see what the right action (or inaction) is and requires a hugely diverse staff to figure it out.

We are positive that the addition of kosmicjack to the senior staff is a fabulous upgrade that will help us get it right going forward.
