I have a medical issue, will it be resolved without surgery? Will I be ok?

When I woke up this morning, I found three numbers 07 14 49 written on my Comcast Cable bill, it's my handwriting, but I have no memory of doing it... I am curious if this is the birthday of one of the users who asked?

I've started seeing someone new in 2012 and have been reluctant to get over my ex to fully commit to this relationship. Should I go back to my ex or continue building something in this new relationship?
