What is spiritual Enlightenment and is it worth the effort?

How much effort does it take to be what you are?
The problem is you do not know what you are!

Thought may tell you what you are but you are not!!

Life as a whole, means to exist? Is suffering so of course there is a middle way to ease suffering... birth is achieved in four ways; womb, egg, moisture, and concept.

Due to ignorance, intentional actives arise(action volition the wheel spins individual and world, the senses comes next as formation please remember none of that wheel of life self or world is static always in motion... so when it stops in meditation? The individual wheel of life does and one steps out of it. The next step is to break or free oneself from the worlds chains.

Study the bhava cakra... the 12 nidanas.

In Nirodha Sammapati... it means extinction or death WITH remainder; but when is not such occuring? Usually with much more attachments or memories to give rise to the present moment. When is that not occuring?

When someone remembers or grasps something that can no longer be grasped; they chain someone to their life and drag them the entire way through it to their memory. Faulty, unreal, fake, or not. This is why the Noble Truths means suffering... especially when someone is trying to claim YOUR life.

No one can save anyone else only point them back on their path or way... if they fall off not your responsibility; but their grasping and bondage to you cannot be helped as you also once did the same. Yet on death, what is the difference between a bikku or bikksuni(monk/nun) and a corpse? Nothing as ignorance drives or drags those wheels around. Free from both life and death? Who is dragging that corpse NOT self around? All of those attached on their death.

So of course, that means practicing and remembering the path through all of the wombs and if that does not cease or stop and lay down the burden then suffering continues and yet one is not the cause as volition has ended.

The eye is a consciousness, the ear is a consciousness, the nose is a consciousness, the tongue is a consciousness, tactile sensation is a consciousness, due to contact. Due to contact a desire or craving arises in all of those consciousnesses and this is known as MIND consciousness. So seven consciousnesses or lotus or wheels that must be cleared based on those cravings and desires this is why one's body should go the path of purity or else it leads a path straight into hell, yet free that hell is not one's own.

The eye as a function should ONLY see, not sit and label objects in discriminating thought and bias based on what it sees, if impurity arises? It is not self at that point of extinction and impermanent and prone to suffering. Meaning the one dragging that corpse in mind that is not self; is that link in becoming that gives birth or rise to their own suffering and then in ignorance turns it around and blames it on YOU instead of their own individual attachment.

The same should be said for all of the senses; they should become clear; an instrument of measure would say "brain dead" however not truth... as it is a waveform that picks up due to consciousness present that is not self, the same way footsteps vibrate through the earth... so could anyone say that the earth itself is brain dead?

The earth is already one in contact with all there is without cutting it from the whole; with name and form... "time" is a concept meaning birthed the same way and then used as volition to give rise to that mass or round after round of birth and death of suffering over and over.

So cease to build that house; of the eye, the ear, the nose, the mouth, tactile sensation, and mind and then the entire house falls into the fire of the past and burns off all kamma to that body.

Speech being an echo or vibration means to resolve all past one confesses all of that out; meaning the one not self being cause of all of that suffering becomes clearly seen, as then those see all of that confession as a reason to attach or take over a house that no longer exists due to all sorts of dream within a dream or temptations.

So laying in corpse? Transference of consciousness or out of body experience is NOT suggested for those practicing such unsanctioned dark magic to "take over a body" as by that time? All past lives have been and are known. All that does is give rise to the hells and hungry ghost realms for those trying to escape the inescapable using ignorance as an excuse to their volition.

So IS it important?

Yes... is it blissing out and feeling happy? NO, it is a very long and enduring road... to be dragged around over and over when one has reached extinction and no longer attached to any or all of those that are.

So of course compassion and loving kindness is suggested or else it is round after round of birth and death over and over and if from any volition hate arises? Love is NOT the opposite it is a burden, and hate can only cease by letting it go. Why? Opposites do NOT stop duality, that only creates the spiral or yin and yang or male and female energies to combine and give birth to the entire mass over and over again.

RESOLVE the most important thing... sit as long as possible in body, til it shuts up about anything bothering it in that thing called MIND, do the same in speech and then all not self still attached starts becoming known, what occurs then is the mind that is or was considered a self; that never really existed? SHUTS UP... but that is the individual that does.

Not all of those not self, impermanent and subject to suffering due to their own attachments out of delusion, greed, or hate. Those three are rare to pull anything stuck in duality out of it... so the fight goes on and on into infinity as seen by the "demons tail" that demon in reflection of all past has been you as cause at some point. So when one breaks that wheel; one is reborn and then the real demon starts running around... so then sit as much as possible without volition, until one realizes... they are dead.

This is the dawning of enlightenment the light will leave the body and yet the heat will not; that heat is that desire or passion that wanted to put you there in death or a grave instead of them.

So then meditate on colors as the bardos pass... yellow, when that leaves one knows it was a hungry ghost that was trying to indwell, however what attachment did you have? YOU know by then, as all others grasp it or whomever it was then. So keep going as in take the pain, take the suffering and realize that one is being dragged chained to that demon that is not self subject to suffering and being cause for suffering.

Take no slaves is my advice not the eye, not the ear, not the nose, not the mouth as all is mind. Eventually all of that will wake up houses rise and fall come and go and all pervasive space flips, emptiness is form and form is emptiness and KNOWN not a rote grasping. So it too ceases to exist... and yet it is still there no matter what it is.

So of course the more one can practice the path of purity the less a foothold any attached can have or take unless they are on the same level of being or understanding of enlightened experience.

So thought being a consciousness formation that gives rise to form? It too has kamma and a volition... body speech and mind remember? All three must being void as in not carrying or attached to any names or contact of body, speech or mind.

Then it becomes very clear that all is a created illusion... and each and every attachment one tries to give rise to has a volition behind it when that volition is not self as that self no longer exists in the three worlds?

The fourth opens.

You are enlightened when everything turns to Gold!
