If I lived there I wouldn't answer this question. Instead of paint a target on my back I would rather them get a nice surprise when they come around to collect the guns.....

States can enact any laws they want. It isn't until it goes in front of the Supreme Court that their decisions (stupid as they may be) are overturned. Then again the current Supreme Court is pretty stupid too, so it's a crap shoot.
BTW, I've already contacted my rep and he said it doesn't have a chance of passing. Just look at the red map.
