Pope received news of his warrant of arrest before resignation
02/15/20130 Comments

On February 4, a week before Pope Benedict XVI's resignation, Vatican allegedly received a note from an undisclosed European government that stated that there are plans to issue a warrant for the Pope's arrest. Addicting Info reports.

With his resignation announced, the former pope will have a meeting with the Italian President, Giorgio Napolitano on February 23 to beg for immunity against prosecution for allegations of child rape.

Benedict XVI was the first Pope to resign in 600 years, which shocked almost everyone. And he did so after panicking about an impending arrest in the midst of a hastily arranged meeting begging for protection from the Italian government.

But for him this will not be easy as the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State calls upon the Italian President to deny help to Ratzinger. If the Italian President does cave there may be another venue to make sure he doesn't get away.

In addition to these alleged attempts by this European government to prosecute, a New York based organization, The Centre for Constitutional Rights, has accussed the Pope and his Cardinals of possible crimes against humanity for sheltering pedophile priests. The non-profit legal group has requested an ICC inquiry on behalf of the Survivor’s Network, citing the church’s “long-standing and pervasive system of sexual violence.”

The Catholic Church truly knows no bounds when it comes to protecting their priests, no matter how heinous the crimes. They are the biggest example of religion getting people passes. All we can do is hope that these attempts of legal action will become succesful.

(Reuters) - Pope Benedict may change rules governing the conclave that will secretly elect his successor, a move that could move up the global meeting of cardinals who are already in touch about who could best lead Catholics through a period of crisis.

The Vatican appears to be aiming to have a new pope elected and then formally installed before Palm Sunday on March 24 so he can preside at Holy Week services leading to Easter.

The rule changes could mean that the conclave in the Sistine Chapel, where cardinals will choose the next leader of the 1.2 billion member Roman Catholic Church, might be able to start before March 15, which is currently the earliest it can begin.

So we might see a quick papal election, not surprising, but the article goes on to really support the idea of it being something like an inside job.

With everything going on there, it is hard not to see signs of something bad coming for Italy...and the rest of us.

Apologies if this has already been posted but I don't have it in me at the minute to check through the last 24 pages. I came across this earlier and thought it would be of interest to some.

The ITCCS (International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State) Central Office in Brussels is compelled by Pope Benedict’s sudden abdication to disclose the following details:

“On Friday, February 1st 2013, on the basis of evidence supplied by our affiliated Common Law Court of Justice, our Office concluded an agreement with representatives of a European nation and its courts to secure an arrest warrant against Joseph Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict, for crimes against humanity and ordering a criminal conspiracy.

This arrest warrant was to be delivered to the office of the “Holy See” in Rome on Friday, February 15th 2013.

It allowed the nation in question to detain Ratzinger as a suspect in a crime if he entered its sovereign territory.

The rest of the statement is here.

Right, this is very important information actually as it apparently explains the reason why Pope Benedict decided to resign so suddenly. If he and the RCC is in the process of being charged with these crimes against
humanity by the above mentioned organization (out of Belgium?) then it explains why there is the need for sudden shift and change of leadership-- All of this needing to occur within 30days just before Passover/Easter/
The Passion- 2013. It seems like only a very few people are discussing this point and it would be great if the post could be re-created with a PART II section so as to allow it to start over again, thereby making it a little bit easier to read and entertain comments and response. More comments on this subject would be appropriate.

Two more points, if the RCC is brought down on account of the charges, it could bring down Western civilization as we know it (see Malachi Martin interviews regarding 3rd Secret..).

The 'International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State' is just one guy! Kevin D. Annett, he has set something up with a very officilal sounding name and sent an 'open letter' which charges the pope and the Vatican. There is nothing official going on. if you use google translate to search Italian news about the Pope's meeting on the 23rd, you'll see they are putting on a concert and having a dinner, It's a kind of fairwell event.

The pope has always had immunity from prosecution so he cannot be held accountable for what his priests did. Genuine orginisations have tried and failed. He would not ask the president for immunity as he already has it.

Negative, that is simply your anti-Catholic bias. Did you go there and read the verses?

Well you are right about that. I have read the bible through three times and studied it and every other ancient text I could get my hands on...I am ever more catholic biased.

Then one would think a scholar such as yourself would have a better understanding, and you say you have studied it, yet did not reference the scripture and verse. Please explain to us uneducated folk how a sermon regarding false prophets relates to the Pope and/or the Church. Instead you take scripture and try to cherry pick it to suit your argument. "Context is key" as it is said.

There is alot more to the Pope leaving than the church is letting on. It has nothing to do with these lawsuits and scandals, that is just obscuring the view. Today the Pope stated that it was God's will that he step down today. Could it be that he actually knows God's will and is doing his piece. Everything could be tying into the Popes Prophecy and the Fatima Virgins (also known as our lady of Fatima). The church has refused to release the third prophecy from the children were given by the Virgin Mary, even though part of the instructions required the release on a certain date. If the Pope knows something is coming from the prophecy, maybe he is preparing for the final Pope. Which would not be he.

Just in case Catholic Cardinals picking a new Pope forget themselves and think themselves above their station in God's great plan for mankind, this video reminds us all, that Condoleezza Rice has come from God to save the people of the world.
