Indeed, I bury my head in the sand by visiting ATS.

Yes sounds about right..
Or are you interested in people in higher power positions than you in your own country?

Uh oh he won't get back those 20 minutes of video time.. But he'll sit on ATS for longer..

going to watch now.

2minutes in: What is the problem with the primary producers (farmers?) in Australia? Are people going broke trying to feed you guys?

She's not sounding super intelligent, but the message is greater than the messenger.

Still watching, updates to follow.

5minutes in: She's giving me topics to look up.. documents to search. Ideas to explore.

7minutes in: She's quoting people like Bush talking about the restructuring of society based on the proposed needs of resource management and overpopulation. "Profound reorientation of All Human society" ... "unprecedented redeployment of Human and financial resources"

9minutes in: Current population structures not sustainable.. where we live How we live, What we eat, Where we work.. Must be controlled. (not her ideas, but NWO)

For anyone confused, Agenda 21 is about population control including controlling Current humanity. Too much energy used, not enough coming back in... These are real problems, but their solutions (agenda 21) don't sit well with me.

"Wealth must be transferred to the third world from the first."

So Chadi wicket us.. Do you support the idea that we need to redistribute wealth by force and not by choice? Do you support the idea that we need to decrease population? Anyone slightly good in imagination and well versed in math knows that this isn't sustainable.. So HOW fix it? Communism?? What do you think? I don't know personally, but I think people should be exposed to the power's thoughts on those peoples lives, as being less than worthless..

You say this woman is invalid of having thoughts, but you don't have any either?

Oh and everything she is quoting is legit.. I have already found those quotes in my own searches.. These people in power always talk about this.. It's not like some super secret thing chad. People in power think there are too MANY people.
Next thought?
Solution?
Death.

I applaud this woman!

Perhaps you can point out the evil parts for me? My head is in the sand apparently...

Chad I feel as though you are being a bit dense on this...the Agenda as you linked is a list of "controls" I'm sure you know that when "authorities" or "governments" proclaim they want to protect, or combat or promote something they are really just trying to get control of that something and regulate it...tax it, license it, register it etc etc...there is no interest in protecting, combating or promoting anything other then increasing their necessity and relevance in the lives of everyone...they are only interested in becoming more powerful and making more people more dependent on them...

Combating poverty
well-fare, wealth redistribution, increased taxes, communism, socialism etc...all governmental attempts at stomping out "poverty" and all guilty of reducing liberty and independence to a dream....not a reality.

Combating deforestation
licenses, registrations, taxes...they take the earth from you...claim they are protecting it and treat you as an indebted to them for its protection...again, registrations, taxes, and licenses.on top of more and more legislation and laws that create revenue from ticketing...no real interest in the Forrest...its a ploy to justify their power hungry actions...dis-empowering people and empowering them...

Managing fragile ecosystems
same thing here...licenses, taxes, registrations, laws, tickets, revenue...

Promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development

Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this one is a vague way of introducing GMO crops as the new and only "sustainable" crops for the future...again another power grab that will require, license, taxes, registrations, laws and tickets...making the industry ONLY affordable and profitable to the government or those in bed with them...we have already seen how the government regulations have made agriculture/farming increasingly impractical for the average person...

Protection of the oceans, all kinds of seas, including enclosed and semi-enclosed seas, and coastal areas and the protection, rational use and development of their living resources
governmental control over the oceans...licenses, taxes, registrations, laws, revenue...same ole same ole...

Protection of the quality and supply of freshwater resources
lol more control...licenses, taxes, regulations, laws, revenue...

Environmentally sound management of toxic chemicals, including prevention of illegal international traffic in toxic and dangerous products
more justification for controls...via the government making you yet again dependent on government for a toxic free world...and for anything really...

Recognizing and strengthening the role of indigenous people and their communities
government needs more control to strengthen anything...or to declare anything and it mean anything they need laws enforced through ticketing and incarceration...all of which generate revenue and again...empower the government over people.

Strengthening the role of non-governmental organizations: partners for sustainable development
I find this one ironic...as the government can't strengthen anything unless its in control once again...

anyway I find it odd that you yourself said politicians lie and are evil the media lies and is evil UNLESS they are telling you what you want to hear...

yet you aren't taking this into consideration with the agenda proposals...apparently they are being honesty and truthful there.

The problem isn't that there are problems...the problem is that we KEEP expecting/asking government to "fix" them even though they have proven themselves over and over again to not only FAIL at addressing and fixing the issues...but become complicit and part of the problem themselves...

Create the problem...provide the solution...

"IF you you think the problems we cause are bad...wait till you see our "solutions"
-Government

Agenda 21 is not an environmental management policy, but an attempt to impose a global centrally planned quasi-government administered by the United Nations. Under Agenda 21 all central government and local authority signatories are required to conform strictly to a common prescribed standard and hence this is just communism resurrected in a new guise. Now that Agenda 21 has gained a stranglehold on global regulatory and planning processes Maurice Strong and his Club of Rome colleagues have moved on to the next phase of the Global Green Agenda.

Wow, you guys are confusing - so the globalist secret government wants to resurrect communism? I thought they were fighting for capitalism..

So I think the big question is whether Agenda 21 genuinely has good intentions or is being used as a tool to result in the detriment of our society. I am not sure how things like environmental concerns can be used as a tool for a globalist agenda.

I am not sure if I am even opposed to a globalist agenda. It depends on how it will be run. If it is run well for the well being of our Earth and it's beings, then I am not against it.

Agenda 21 may have started as a genuine concern about the environment, with the aim of establishing a more sustainable way to live for humanity that would ensure our common survival and prosperity as a species in the long run.

The problem is the people in charge of coming up with the solutions where mis-informed, stupid and power hungry psychopaths, lacking empathy for the common man.

A few examples of this, is the carbon tax. They believe we are the cause of global warming, and have tried to exagerrate the effects for years. It has recently been proven though that these exagerrations where grossly disproportional to reality, and that the cause of the actual (very small) rise in temperature actually has very little(if anything) to do with us, but rather with changes in the solar system environment and the Sun. This information was not known at the forming of Agenda 21.

There are alot of other assumptions of causes to problems and hastily put together solutions to these problem as well evident in the Agenda 21 script. Another example is the GMO crops, pushed out in order to get control over food(sterile seeds, you have to buy more from the source for each harvest), but having the uncalculated effect of bees growing extinct as an unintended concequence with far larger detrimental ramifications for all life on earth as a concequence.

While i agree we might be slightly overpopulated already, and will only become more so with the current societal/economic model of the past based on infinite growth(which can be seen not least in the global unemployment rate rising as efficiency in every business rises due to machines, automation and computers), Agenda 21 is not a realistic solution.

The solution is space exploration and colonization of other planets, and is indeed the area we need to put more resources into researching and building for(which would employ alot of people today as well), before our own sun overheats(which is a certain event) or some other global catastrophy makes us go extinct like the dinosaurs.

There may be a few years yet to start planning, but i say we are better of starting today than tomorrow.

Just because she's a politician doesn't validate what she says you know...

Politicians are dishonest and evil! (unless they're saying what you want to hear), just like the MSM tells lies! (unless they're saying what you want to hear).

So anyway, back on agenda 21, if it's not spoken about, why is it readily available HERE

And what is so evil about...

Combating poverty

Combating deforestation

Managing fragile ecosystems

Promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development

Protection of the oceans, all kinds of seas, including enclosed and semi-enclosed seas, and coastal areas and the protection, rational use and development of their living resources

Protection of the quality and supply of freshwater resources

Environmentally sound management of toxic chemicals, including prevention of illegal international traffic in toxic and dangerous products

Recognizing and strengthening the role of indigenous people and their communities

Strengthening the role of non-governmental organizations: partners for sustainable development

Strengthening the role of workers and their trade unions

Strengthening the role of business and industry

Promoting education, public awareness and training

??

Perhaps you can point out the evil parts for me? My head is in the sand apparently...

To address just one or possibly two of these, in Canada Harper has been preoccupied with passing all kinds of anti-criminal legislation. Lately he introduced another omnibus bill into which there are buried gems that according to our aboriginal people have the potential to destroy their way of life and force them to assimilate, contrary to promises made for the past few centuries and re-iterated recently by Harper.

Outraged at a section of the omnibus bill that will stop guaranteeing the preservation of clean water resources in favour of unencumbered transportation on said waterways, the natives lauched the Idle No More movement. So yeah, our native people have been the keepers and protectors of nature and wilderness and are staging regular actions until everyone understands. Meanwhile the press is latching onto all kinds of little details to attack them and disparage them, to portray them as unorganized, disunified, etc, carefully deflecting our attention from the real messages the group is sending out. If this deflection is not organized then why is the press not carrying their message in a responsible manner?

Gotta love the members in this thread who attack the messenger and not the message.

This Agenda 21 is the new Communisim of the 21st Century. They want to take away your individual rights and liberties in order to facilitate a global governance and good "for all peoples". The quote she gives in the beginning, from the book "The First Global Revolution" does indeed exist, however it is on page 75 of the book, not 104 / 105.

We should be concerned about this.

The reason she says it is not talked about is obvious if people would open their eyes. Do what she asks you to! Contact your local state representatives and ask them! I did. You know what? Representative Hunter not only knows about Agenda 21, but declined to speak about it. This is what the Bressington is talking about.

Yes, the information is out there - but almost nobody (except for conspiracy theorists like Alex Jones, etc) are discussing it. Why? If it was ALL GOOD then it wouldn't be a problem would it?

The speech by Ann Bressington was enlightening and we should all verify her statements (I have already verified 3 of them myself) and take this issue seriously. Unless of course, you despise Capitalism (the real definition of Capitalism...which unfortunately is moving more toward Corportism in the United States...or an oligarchy...pick your poison but regardless) and love the idea of Marxism and Communism you need to take this seriously!

Good post, S&F

One could argue dragging it out only increases the likelihood of its "success"...people in general have a horrible sense of history and can barely remember what they ate for breakfast let alone an agenda proposed 20 years ago..

Dragging this out makes a lot of sense and patience is a virtue when you are working inch by inch, decade by decade, generation by generation...

I may be overestimating the people behind these agenda's but they seem to be a very patient and persistent bunch whose goals aren't burdened with a deadline.

Is this the Earth Charter she spoke about?
Earth Charter

I've only skimmed it becuse it's late.
It sounds all sweet 'n' all and easy to swallow but to get to the level these people want in this charter will need change on a gargantuan scale!

Big things are coming this way...

eta: Just one paragraph:

The Challenges Ahead
The choice is ours: form a global partnership to care for Earth and one another or risk the destruction of ourselves and the diversity of life. Fundamental changes are needed in our values, institutions, and ways of living. We must realize that when basic needs have been met, human development is primarily about being more, not having more. We have the knowledge and technology to provide for all and to reduce our impacts on the environment. The emergence of a global civil society is creating new opportunities to build a democratic and humane world. Our environmental, economic, political, social, and spiritual challenges are interconnected, and together we can forge inclusive solutions.

Global partnership sounds a lot like global government.

Let's do a rough account of the earth, and her people - shall we?

Approx. 75% of the earth is covered in water. 25% available as land.
7 Billion people on earth.

Of that 25% humans occupy less than 1% of that area. Of the remaining 24% about 40% is pure wilderness. 14% is true desert and 15% has desert like characteristics. 9% is Antarctica. Most of the remaining 22% are agricultural areas.

And yet we face a population crisis?

The real answer is we face an infrastructure and governance crisis - not a resource crisis.
The technology is there, we have it - but it takes corporate profits to step aside to get that technology in place and working. THAT is the problem.
The rest of this is made up malarkey.

Just finished the video. I'd like to take a chance to offer a synthesis between the two opposing extreme sides.

First off, the problems exist. If you don't think we're in the process of collectively committing suicide, ie are on an unsustainable path, just stop reading. You get an F on critical thinking.

If you think this is all a "conspiracy theory" and think tanks funded by the ruling class aren't trying to reorder governments globally towards a NWO, or one world government, stop reading. You get the same F.

Both are happening. We're collectively committing suicide, are on an unsustainable path, and the governments are being lead by the ruling class towards a NWO.

NOW, this doesn't mean it's "evil". It means these individuals are ballsy enough to risk going over the cliff in order to unite humanity and push the species forward.

People who openly oppose the NWO on this site, often speak of the necessity for an alien invasion or asteroid coming to hit earth as the needed stimulus for the world uniting to solve a global problem. Well, aliens aren't coming as far as I know. We're still on the look out for asteroid impacts. No, this is what has been allowed to happen.

It's not that they want to kill everyone. It's not that they want to take control of everyone.... just cause. They realize the inevitability of doing the same ole same ole. It leads to destruction of civilization, or at the very least stagnation of "progress". They won't let that happen.

So they manufacture this crisis. They suppress patents that would seem to free the species, but upon critical thought you must realize anything but a trickling down of technology leads to a lack of control, and ultimately it just takes one above average psychopath to screw it up for the whole species.

If you take the road of sustainable development, you can implement effective control measures and bring the species together. They have created a sufficient amount of environmental chaos as to test us all, and provide the terrain and necessary policies so that only those most fit and desirable will survive, and procreate.

It's a shaping up of our species. Those who are left by say... the end of the century will be fit enough (along with their transhuman upgrades) to seed the galaxy. This is just a transitional process.

That's what I see.

The lady presents her case well, and provides us with one question: can we have democracy and sustainability through this transition? That's something we all must ask.

The ruling class believes we are too ignorant and unfit to govern ourselves. Are we, truly? That is up to us. Either we continue in our slumber, else stand up and prove we can accept the terrain as is, and adapt wisely as we see fit without BigBrother holding our hand with a gun in their other.

That is the whole shebang.

Well put, one question thought, who do we empower to make the decision of who lives and who dies. Will it be based upon wealth, intelligence, blood lineage. I can assure you, 99% of humanity have no say in this process, under the insidious nature of AGENDA 21.
